My friend did it for me using a 'Pandora Battery'... haven't got a clue how it works, though.

Why would you want to downgrade your PSP, I am just curious. :)

So you can play PS1 games on it. :)

You can still do that with a firmware higher than 1.50 :)

There are loads of reasons, Homebrew is one major one.

ANYWHO you'll need someone with an already downgraded psp and then some software that turns your memstick and battery into the downgrader (pandora)

there is no way to do above 3.0 any other way.

Only if you buy them on the Playstation Store.

You know it's trademark infringement playing copied PS1 games, just saying...

If you have a phat PSP it is a lot easier than the slim one, but both ways involve using a Pandora battery. To be honest I think this thread should be closed before it goes into dodgy territory.

Oh please, you big dramaqueen. I have a PSP with a custom firmware purely cause you can do so much with it, like watching movies, play SNES and PS1 games and install cool homebrew programs.

Everybody's always so secret about it, but when I install TR1 on my PSP, I don't feel the slightest bit of guilt, since I have it both for PS1 and PC, so I've payed for the game already twice.. same goes for some SNES games like A link the Past, I have a SNES copy and a GBA copy, so who cares about downloading these games.. they're not even for sale anymore :).
