I never noticed this, LaraCroftRox on the Eidos forums mentioned it. I did a little looking around and couldn't find anything on these forums about it.
so what do you think, tears, or rain, or just moisture on her eyes, or is this definetly going to be Lara's most emotional adventure ever?
If this thread exist I would greatly appreciate someone directing me to it!

that almost looks photoshopped or something. look at her lips, they aren't that glossy in the official render.
Edit: on second thought, maybe not. I sure hope she doesn't cry in the game.

and yeah it does look like its photoshopped because her lipgloss is way to popping and the water in her eyes look too fake to be tears.
its rain you can see a water droplet on her forehead too look close

I honestly thought it was photoshopped too, but I'm have some trouble finding the original version of this pic somewhere. So if anyone can post the link to it, that would end that speculation or confirm it!
They could be just wet cause you know.. she's wet. I know many wouldn't like seeing her cry, but I don't think we've ever seen that emotion from Lara. IF the story and scenes are very well directed and edited, it could be nice IMO. *starts dodging stuff thrown at him* I don't mind emotions, but I don't want her to cry because of her mother or father either. I just really dislike the family plot.

I think this is yet another example of much ado about nothing. That picture is pixelated, she has dirt on her face, is probably wet with rain, etc. And from that we get "Lara is crying... I miss my mommy... I'm a big wuss compared to Cores' Lara" etc...
Just taking this topic where it's going to go anyway: absurd-ville. :rolleyes:

It would be a suprise to me.
It's just a reflection in her eyes.
Perhaps this explains why they cut off her eyes in the box-art pictures...

Lara crying for the first time would be a global event. She didn't cry when her mother "died" in front of her eyes when she was little. Crying, for Lara would represent and show her human side for once. No one can experience what Lara has gone through an not cry at least once.:(
Seeing as Crystal appear to be going out of their way to may Lara a real badass in Underworld, I doubt having her cry would be in sync with their plans.

The lips look pretty photoshopped to me, plastic wrap filter looks like that, the eyes do look a little more credible though, but i think it would be rain/sore eyes :p

I had marks like hose on my arm once, but they were from a wall. I tried to prove that i can climb out the window. :D:p
