I think you'll find that picture was taken from the official Tomb Raider website so it's not a photoshop job :) I doubt we'll see much now until release. I'm bored of just seeing pictures and short videos of the game now - I WANNA PLAY IT! hehe :D

I noticed that the costume looked more realistic than Alison Carrol's. But also, her skin looked sooo real, I really thought it was a photo :o
