Michael Schumacher insists it is unrealistic to suggest he will win all 18 Formula One Grands Prix this season. The world champion has triumphed in the first four races of the campaign with little pressure from his rivals but the Ferrari driver says that will change. "I don't take part in speculation because it is not only premature, but above all is completely unrealistic," Schumacher told his personal website. "As soon as the next race everything can look very different."

The six-time world champion has blitzed the competition in his new F2004 car, opening up a 16-point lead at the top of the drivers championship. Only a handful of drivers have made a clean sweep of the opening quartet of races - they have all gone on to claim the F1 crown. But Schumacher believes it would be foolish to accept that the season for himself and Ferrari is already wrapped up.

"Formula One is all about work," said Schumacher. "All the teams work incredibly hard and will improve steadily." Ferrari technical director Ross Brawn said before the San Marino Grand Prix that winning all races was the target. "It's our ambition to win every race if we can," said Brawn, who admitted it would be tough and named Hockenheim and Hungary as two races where Ferrari might have problems.

well, a couple of years ago, Ferrari won all but one race. Admittedly it wasn't Schu winning all of them for Ferrari, though.
