Got the game today and been playing non stop but now I'm stuck.
It's the Mexico level , after you turn the calenders and go down into the tunnel. There is a jump there that I can't make, either on foot or the bike. The PDA says I need to climb a ledge and pull a switch, but it's across the hole and I can't reach it.
I don't see anything at all to climb on. It's the part from the video too, I recognized it immediately but it looks like I'm on the other side of it.
Someone help me please.
Sorry about the interrogation. Everyone who says they own the game prior to release date is asked to verify their version is legal. It's a precaution so action can be taken to prevent illegal distribution of the game.
I have the guide, but I need more information before I can help you. Are you after the timed bike ride with the huge statues that breathe fire and fall as time runs out and before the huge room with the statues/giant spiders/poles?
I need some detail about where you're at so I can find it in the guide.
Until I figure out where you are, look for a grapple ring or chimney jump. If you can't jump it or bike across it -- you might be able to grapple somewhere and swing across.
I think the area you are stuck in is the area shown in the motorbike vignette

Yes, it's right after you enter the fire breathing underground door. Then you drive down some stairs and you are supposed to be able to jump some ramps.. but in my game all the ramps are down and there is no way across to hit the switches.
I had to get a friend to play it and go over there and copy a saved game after that point. I lost all my treasures and relics too...
Pretty lame, rather disappointing game-breaking bug.
And it worked no problem for him. So I don't get it. I tried reloading and starting the level over too.. nothing fixed it.
Kind of bummed about it and really killed my buzz on the game.

What do you mean the ramps are down: as in, they are literally facing down instead of heading upwards?
If that's the case, then they probably were meant to be triggered and you missed the trigger somewhere.
If the ramps are in proper position, yet Lara can't make the jump, you are meant to use a Speed Up/Accelerate button. This is the Shoot/Fire button on PC. This makes the bike go faster so the umps can be made.

They are down. Facing into the pit. The very first one is uncrossable.
There are no triggers. It's a hallway with like 2 stairs that you drive down.
So it's a broken game. It worked fine for someone else I know so I just used his save right after that point. A shame I had to do that and I'm lucky I could.
can you please post the saved game, I'm stuck there as well...

Well, I've the same problem and I think no one knows the solution. This bridge is interesting a problem. We supposed to be other side of the bridge... IT's complicated. Here, a screenshot:

If you are where I am thinking. ......
You should go up in I polish, jump in the left wall. LAra is going to lower the wall and the ramp is going to go up, but cared for with the gigantic spiders.
Like this you will be able to surpass the well with the bke
l looked at the screenshot and cannot really see anything wrong, you will have to raise one set of ramps as you go down. There are weight activated switches on both sides of the ramps so l would suggest perhaps having a closer look at the side you are on, you do not have to cross over to raise the ramps.
The levers are on the other side of the bridge. And there is no way that I can jump over there. And there is nothing to climb or hold... On the official trailer the levers are on Lara's side :D This is a bug or something I don't know. Anyway, I managed to cross but please ask me how ? :D I used a trainer and Lara start to run lile a Speedey Gonzalez and jump like a kangaroo. I crossed and THEN I pulled the levers and made the ramp. And I jumped on the other side and finally I flew with my bike to the end :P I finished the game :) If anyone needs help look for a trainer and make Lara run and fly :) Thank you everyone.
Wrong bridge being lowered is one of the game glitches - been reported on other boards as well. Some say reloading the level (several times if needed) helps.
If anyone goes have a saved game for the PS3 at this point, I would REALLY appeciate it too, (even if you haven't been collecting the treasures).
My game stopping glitch happened slightly before the entrance, I did the two calendars, but didn't get to the door before the first calendar 'popped' back out of sync closing the door again, problem is, it hasn't popped out of sync, both calendars are locked in their correct positions so I can't move them activating the door. :(

I guess there really isn't any 'official' help for this ramp glitch in Xibalba, is there? This stopped the game for me. I'm playing on a 360, and I don't know anyone else that has it or is planning to play it (I don't know a lot of gamers, obviously). I'm dead in the water. I was really enjoying this game, but unfortunately I was only able to experience half of it.

Welcome. There is a patch coming soon for the Xbox 360 version.

I have a PS3 and I'm having the same problem.
