Impromptu Lara Croft mini-mannequin design-a-holiday-snap competition!

Using your favourite image software, design a Lara Croft holiday photograph (snap) for yet another piece of Tomb Raider merchandise courtesy of Eidos.

You've all probably got pictures while on holiday. It's time for Lara Croft to have one. :D

you know that I was debating about... Snowflake or gun smoke. It looked odd with gun smoke though. For the flake, it was made in macromedia fireworks. I added a Gaussian blur and made a few overlays in photoshop after words.

Laras legs are amazing (of course they are) and the lighting is perfect!

The background is awesome and I love how the picture sort of focuses on the guns, sort of inviting you in but not too far...

Now I'm not an amazing drawer but my only critisism is her left breast, it looks a bit bigger than the other.

Other than that, this is an amazing work of art. What did you paint it with?

Woow thanks, lol yeah one of the breast is a bit wierd but the deadline is very soon so I was afraid that I wouldn't finnish it in time that's why I rushed on the body. :(

Seriously!? Im looking at it on my sidekick and it looks like its been painted with watercolours. The tone on the legs look hand painted!

Well a graphic tablet is very much like painting you use a graphic pencil instead of a mouse ;)

I see. I grabbed a cheap tablet from asda a few weeks back. The batteries in the stylus have died so its currently not being used. My entry was just done with the touch pad on the laptop. :D

I know bladerj. I was going to do another entry during my art period today. They extended the entry time a few hours for anyone who was halfway through something really good.

Personally I think that really, the judge couldn't be bothered and left to complete underworld!! :D

You should still do your painted one and post it. I would love it!
