All the motherboards that have a PCI-E x16 interface support both PCI-E 1.0 and 2.0 graphic cards:)

Yep, but as I told you, don't take the GeForce 9400, there are much better cards in the market for gaming, what's your budget ? :)

All PCI-E 1.1/PCI-E 16x motherboards support PCI-E 2.0 video boards, but that doesn't mean they will use PCI-E 2.0 on full throttle.
And as I've already said in PM better take at least 9600 not 9400.
