My guess is,it was removed because Eidos ordered it.
They don't want people to see which promises were kept and which not...

It was unstuck. It's still available on the forum (http://www.tombraiderforums.com/showthread.php?t=114051).
Why would Eidos order it be removed?
Why was unstuck?
And my guess about Eidos involvement would be because they don't want people to see that they didn't kept promises like the camera function,or the extra costumes...;)
