Let's say I had the appropiate amount of memory, correct CPU, etc etc. The desktop computer I'm being bought for Christmas has an NVidia GeForce 7800 graphics card. Would it be able to play Tomb Raider Underworld? Obviously it would not run the game to its full potential, but I'm hoping there won't be any excessive lag. :wve:

A 7800 will be fine. Even if it wasnt an 8800GT can be had for very cheap nowadays.
