About the (many) bugs... (possible spoilers?)

Are the bugs that are being discussed preventing people from playing the game properly? Or are they not that serious? I just wanted to know how many people are having those bugs...

Hmm there is alot of bugs i came across in the ps3 version one including lara not being able to grab onto a ledge after swinging on her grapple.. alot of them are really minor and dont really bother me that much

There are a few, but I easily overlooked them. The game is so wonderful that it makes up for them.

I've had two big one's. The first one - I had to restart the game. I was in Thailand and a pole that I needed to pick up off the ground and use to swing on - I couldn't pick up. The game just would not let me.

Now, literally right this second, I'm quite far into the Mexico and I checked my inventory only to discover that 3 stones I had collected (that I need for a puzzle) have simply disappeared... along with my medipacks (but they don't matter). I am now going to have to go back to where I last made a manual save (about 5 hours ago...:whi:) and redo the game from there, as I simply cannot progress from here without those stones.

People complained about AoD, but I've never suffered bugs like this before.

I'm on the PS3. And right now, I'm not very pleased. :(

The only bug I noticed was that Lara got stuck in terrain in Mexico and only jumping around would free her.

And yes, there was another bug, I just remembered, the thralls in Jan Mayen Island didn't attack me, I could stand right in front of them and they would just snort - until I died in the room with the hammers, then they attacked me again. I didn't mind this bug though...

Alot of people with the PS3 version seem to get heaps of bugs and glitches :confused: I have had small things like Lara freezing for a few minutes even though i try to move that one happens quite a bit but nothing major. The rain in Mexico dissapearing. Lara running on the spot. Thats it basicly. Maybe it depends on the disks or somthing..

I found a glitch where a panther was just buried under soil, trying to hump it's way out lol
There's another one in Mexico where a bat was just stuck in mid-air with motion blur.

See! The 360 version has glitches too.
