If this thread already exists, I apologize.

I thought we should have a thread where everyone can rate every single level. So, here we go:

Prologue - 9.5
An awesome way to start the game. The atmosphere was awesome. It looked wonderful. The music...:tmb:! The only reason why it doesn't get 10 points is because it was one of the level with the most framerate issues.
Mediterranean Sea - 9.0
Very cool level. But the underwater part was a bit too easy and I also didn't understand that - as it is an underworld - there weren't any dead people. But yeah...I liked the atmosphere. And the ship part was also quite good.
Thailand - 8.5
It did seem like something was missing here...I don't know why but I didn't really feel like I had actually entered the Underworld. It was always so bright and beautiful. The first part of the level was also a little bit too...boring. But other than that it was great (although the Nagas were annoying). Loved the graphics!
Croft Manor - 7.5
Nice level. But it was a too easy and very short. And the spiders were SO annoying!!!
Mexico - 9.5
AWESOME! I would've liked the part of the level where you were outside to be longer. But that's just me :p.
Jan Mayen Island - 9.5
Really, really great! I loved it :D!
Arctic Sea - 8.0
Nice. But it felt like something was missing. Like the level had ended before it had really started (as if the middle part had been cut out and only beginning and ending were left).

Game - 8.75
Really great game. But the camera and the lack of certain menu options really let the score go down. Note that I have just rated this as if I would rate any game. If I would rate it in comparison to the previous TR games it would probably get a lower score because the gameplay is simply still far away from real TR gameplay (But the TR-atmosphere is definately there. And that's a big step in the right direction).

Prologue - 6

Short, simple - it was everything it set out to be (a training level), but as a 'level' it was probably the most rubbish one of all.

Mediterranean Sea - 8

I loved the dive, I loved searching for the cog, finding secrets down below.. I enjoyed the puzzles inside the temple, and finding my way around the Underpus chamber - then exploring side tunnels and ending up higher up in the same room (flashbacks of TR1's Midas Palace, with that 'Honeycombing' effect of layers)
Then it ended with that great treck back through the temple and the ocean, and another exciting bit on the boat just to mix things up a bit.

Thailand - 8.5

Gorgeous! Beautiful! Puzzles! Hunting for keys and artifacts, hub rooms, big tomb raidery areas gagging to be explored, ending with the gigantic bridge. Great stuff.

Croft Manor - 7

It was all right - I did enjoy the angel shadows puzzle.
Actually, that level reminded me of a direct blend of TR6's Archaeological Dig and Uncharted's Church levels. I found it too short though, and it could've sent Lara deeper and further underground.

Mexico - 9

Pure Tomb Raider. Hub-a-plenty, so much exploring, working out what goes where, how to get places, how to open doors, how to progress through the massive level- fantastic stuff. Probably my favourite TR level since AoD's Hall of Seasons.

Jan Mayen Island - 7.5

It started great, with that big pillar puzzle - and ended fantastically with the hammers-room.. But the middle was boring as hell. The Valhalla halls felt unending and empty. Just big corridors with nothing but Thralls in them.

Arctic Sea - 8.5

Started with the Jaw-Droppingly Epic deep-sea dive among the statues - lots of exploring to be done there to find the keys to lower the bridge, then it took me even longer to figure out about the switches in the statues!
Like JMI, the middle lacked a bit with its corridors - but I loved the style and architecture - especially the Gate of Hel that Natla opens.
The end is just breathtaking. One big superpuzzle.

Overall, 8/10.

Prologue 8/10= Very short introduction to the game. Instant action and peril, got me into the mood for some heavier exploring and adventure. Loved seeing Croft Manor in flames, alot of emotion in this level, especially when entering Lara's bedroom.

Med Sea 9/10= Excellent first real level. Loved the beginning, so vast and mysterious, soft relaxing music. Niflehiem exended that mysterious atmosphere, the groans of the Kraken created suspense. The puzzle's were cleverly designed, and the big combat section at the end, as well as escaping the ship was a nice way to finish the level.

Thailand 9/10= Another very good level. Beautiful and large, with plenty of memorable set-pieces. Loved the Shiva mirror puzzle, and the feeling of disorientation in the Thailand underground. The Music in the Thor room was indeed EPIC! Brilliant!

Croft Manor 8/10= Probably my least favourite level, but still great! It was short, but it was cleverly laid out and I loved the puzzle in the chapel. For some reason the chapel underneath the Manor reminded me of Tomb Raider chronicles!? Best cutscene at the end, doppleganger vs Lara!

Mexico 10/10= By far the best Level in the game. Everything about it was perfect and I hope every level in TR9 is like this. So epic and classic Tomb Raiding. Dark, mysterious, almost mature, this level is up there with St.Francis' folly. Absolutely brilliant!! Please give us more of this CD.

Jan Mayen 9/10= Another excellent level. Loved the central puzzle in the main room, and the hammer room was really difficult at first. I loved fighting the Nordic warriors, and the giant Thrall was terrifying.

Andaman (if that's how you spell it) 7/10= Only because it is really short, but I loved Lara's attitude in this level. She was totally out for retribution, and she basically kicked everyone's ass on that boat. This level captured Lara's dangerous side perfectly, which I think need's more expanding upon.

Arctic sea 9/10= What an excellent way to conclude the game! The start of this level was awe inspiring, and the progression through Helhiem (which looked strangely familiar, i.e. Atlantis?) was spectacular. Loved the suspense in this level, fighting armies of Thrall's and the final battle with Natla. I have to say it but this was Epic!!

Overall 9/10= I am more than satisfied with this masterpiece. The best Tomb Raider in years, although I love Legend and Anniversary, this game surpasses both in every aspect. Absolutely superb!

Prologue - 6

It's a good way to start the game, and then start with something from the past, i like it, but i would also like if this level had more challenging jumps and traps :)

Mediterranean Sea - 9

Amazing level, though I was disappointed with the underwater part being too short, i don't like that the first cog was right in front of the door, but getting to the bottom of the sea was excellent and so is the rest of the level

Thailand - 9

Really beautiful.. Nothing more to say, the moving of the bridge was tricky, but amazing :D

Croft Manor - 7

Kinda short, my fav puzzle in the game would be the angel puzzle from this level, and that's what made me give it this mark, would be a 6 without it :)

Mexico - 10

I LOVE THIS LEVEL! Love Mayan culture, love the atmosphere, love the variety of enemies and puzzles, the motorbike time run, simply EPIC! Crystal make more levels as big and hard and yet beautiful as this

Jan Mayen Island - 7

Seems a bit rushed, the giant pillar was awesome, but the rest.. meh I got lost in those corridors though, so that's good. Love the Hammers :D

Arctic Sea - 8

Loved the first puzzle, really big and hard (omg this sounds pervy) :vlol: Well.. anyway, it's great :)

Overall 8/10.

med sea 7/10... they had lots of space for improvement. and they miss the chance. like sunken ships, more fishes, different temples.

Thailand 8/10... right after the temple starts the game got perhaps better. i just did missed the lack of jungle from the beginning. they should have added multiple paths/ways before reaching the temple as many more trees on the hill were the tigers were. if so the level would have been perfect.

croft manor 7/10... they should have left us play at least TRA mansion, all smoky, and half burned right after the cutscene with zip. even though the exit was clearly in 2 steps away, i would have loved to explore the rest of the mansion and see whatever the DG could have done or not to laras place. also exploring more of the crypt, and tombs would have been nicer.

mexico. 8/10... it was perhaps a bit monotone. other than that, great level. i hate to be depending on the motorbike most of the time. but a great improvement over most levels. really TRish. missed some more esqueletons though.

jan mayen island. 8/10... nice entry, but the corridors were empty. they could have add more deco. statues of great warriors and valkiries. the hammer hall was really beautiful. made me feel the magic. shame it was only there.

arctic sea 7/10... although they had nice underwater temples and some whales bones scattered around. once inside the level felt too short. would have loved more resemblance to atlantis from TRA. like some next gen rendered atlanteans cat creatures. or flying ones. perhaps thrall versions of them.

overall 7.5

they game needed more enemies. or better said, always different enemies. i rather have 2 black jaguars, and 2 regular ones, instead of 8 black only. same goes for sharks,... althought the artic ones were different, they could have added different ones in thailand. as for the bats. why not add some of the TRA models too? or rats? they are small and im sure noone will notice the texture difference. TRA wicked demon winged bats would fit better to the underworld spoiled monsters and the regular ones to the outside levels. even felix the catfish would have been a good underwater adition.

the vases should have been more varied, and the secrets rendered less obvious. only noticeable once you walk by them because of the sound. this way they would be rendered invisible to the eye and taken as a rock.

because of the lack of this elements sometimes i cant really get deeper in the game.

Prologue - 5/10
- Meh... was a bit boring tbh xD

Mediterranean Sea - 8/10
- Amazing level once you get into the tomb, I'm not really a fan of open water levels at all :S

Thailand - 9/10
- Amazing level :tmb: the beginning is rather slow but the last half really starts to feel like a classic TR game

Croft Manor - 10/10
- The level itself is nice, a bit short but still great... but the perfect score is based on the amazing idea of something so mysterious and dangerous going on under Lara's manor, the one place in TR games where you truly felt safe.

Mexico - 10/10
- Amazing! everything about this entire section of the game is perfect. The atmosphere of both the ruins and Xibalba are mind blowing, the rain running down the walls, the skeletons throughout, epic for sure :tmb:

John Mayer Island (:p) - 9/10
- Very creative level! from the spiral slopes leading to the bottom leading to a giant rotating tower to the mazes and giant hammers of Valhalla, simply amazing :tmb:

Arctic Sea - 7/10
- Was a good level... but It just kind of felt alittle too short to me.

Overall - 8.5/10
- CD delivered epic (atleast imo)

Prologue: 6/10

I did not like this at all. It was too much going on around me, not enough actually for me to do. Too short, too busy, I just didn't like it. (although, the whole fire burning down the mansion was pretty cool)

Med Sea: 7/10

Wasn't fond of this level either, mostly because of the backtracking you have to do at the end. I also didn't like the swimming controls, so that detracted a lot for me.

Thailand: 10/10

My favorite level. Gorgeous. The puzzles were wonderful, the ambience was there, and the enemies (namely, Nagas) were intense. This could possibly be my favorite TR level ever...even surpassing India in TR3.

Croft Manor: 7.5/10

Was way too short, which is a shame, since the level had a lot of potential. Angel puzzle was very nice looking visually, but too easy imo. And I hate those spiders so much!

Mexico: 9.5/10

Another wonderful level. I literally spent HOURS here. I tried my hardest not to use the field assistance, but I got so stuck in some parts. I did take a half point off, only because I wasn't thrilled with the enemies.

Jan Mayen Island: 8/10

Very fun, but too short for me (especially since it came after Mexico). The Pillar room was super fun, and I spent a good portion of the time descending it, seeing how dangerous my jumps could be. (Pretty dangerous!) The hammer room caused me so much heartache though. I got mixed up and ended up backtracking for a good hour. All and all, a decent level.

Arctic Sea: 7/10

Eh, not too keen on this one either. The entrance was gorgeous, but I didn't like the underwater levels so much, so I tried to rush through it. In retrospect, I wish I wouldn't, because I probably would've spent a large amount of time there. The rest of the level was altogether too short, and lacking any tension to make the gravity of Lara's situation more believable.

Overall, I give the game an 8.5/10. The Thailand, Mexico, and Jan Mayen Island levels had strokes of genius in them, and for that alone, I am happy I purchased this game. :)

Prologue - 6/10 What a way to start a game  It was short and easy but it was the training level.

Mediterranean Sea - 8/10 Wow i loved the start just being able to actually dive down to the ruins and it was huge :jmp: The Kraken room was huge too and i liked how there were various different paths you could take. The fight on the ship was awesome too loved the music and sinking :D

Thailand - 8.5/10 This level was gorgeous and i loved the main area with the statue and going of to the side rooms which were huge too :D The bridge at the end was also fun.

Croft Manor - 7/10 The level was ok it reminded me of TRL England a bit. I liked the angel puzzle.

Mexico - 9.5/10 Omg this level is the best one ever actually its now one of my favourite TR levels. The main area outside, visiting different side temples, collecting items, timed run, inside the underworld with little puzzle rooms which reminded me of Hall Of Seasons like Riv said mixed with St Francis then that huge part where you get the Belt :jmp:

Jan Mayen Island - 8/10 Well this is what Nepal should of been :p I loved the start with the huge tower and the area with swinging hammers. While riding those i got that "aaa dont fall" feeling :D The halls were probably the most boring area.

Arctic Sea- 8.5/10 The start of the level was incredible...like SOTC with the underwater statues just way bigggerrr and the amount of sharks  The little underwater passages reminded me of the obelisk rooms in SOTC too and the swim inside to the next level reminded me of AOD's Vault Of Trophies :D The design reminded me of Atlantis but different which was cool and the final area was epic :jmp:

Overall id say a nice 8.5/10 :tmb:

:mis:Prologue 8/10 :: It was fun, dramatic, made me wonder what the heck was going on. ((It really ticked me off when it stopped and I had to see the whole 'One week Earlier')). A good level but it felt really busy and if I hadn't been paying much attention I might not have learned how to do everything needed because I would have been staring at the fire trying no to burn myself to death.

Med Sea 9/10 :: I LOVED the Underpus. The way he moaned during the level freaked me out, not to mention how he swiped at you if you came too close. The underwater bit felt okay: great music, jelly fish, yeah... but was a little bit lacking. I didn't like how the first cog was right under your nose ((heehee qoute from Thailand)) but it was fun to solve any ways. The puzzles were awsome and had me thinking the whole time since I was stubborn and refused to use field assistance. The whole optional path thing was fun too and the sinking ship had to be my favorite level in the game.

Thailand 9.5/10 :: This level was soooo unbelievably beautiful. I just stopped and stared when I got to the top of the first area. Wow... The first bit was boring since you just had to climb around and kill a few bits here and there but half way through I started getting lost (( this is a good thing )) in the halls of the Naga. I got so turned around in this level and had a fun time trying to find where to go. The Shiva puzzle was tricky but enjoyable at the same time. I hate the Naga...

Croft Manor 8.5/10 :: It could have been better. I loved how they put something so dangerous under a place every one thought was so safe. But overall this level was really short. I would have liked it a bit more if we went deeper underground... maybe like have a maze down there with those thralls or something. The dopplehoe was fun though. Freaked me out at first because I thought it was just some sort of glitch when I first saw it in the glass of the tec room. Spiders are irratating but add to the caveness of it.

Mexico 9.5/10 :: I was OHHH EMM GEEING through this whole level. Very tomb raiderish. Searching, confusion, solving puzzles... it was sooo much fun. Keep this up! The enimies at times though got really frustrating, like those black panthers when you were trying to drive the motorbike around. I loved running them over though. :mis:

Jan Mayan Temple 10/10 :: This was awsome! The whole spinning tower thing freaked me out. It even annoyed me more when I realized I had to start at the top of the tower and work my way down to open that huge door ((going from bottom to top didn't work no matter how many times I tried)) but the halls were kind of lame. They were hard to navigate through at times because of the ramps and many thralls but was a nice addition. The hammer room was great and my favorite qoute from that room was "I have to swing on the Hammer!" Heehee.

Andaman Sea 8/10 :: It was really short but a nice way to see Lara all mad and in your face.

Artic Sea 7/10 :: I couldn't help but give it a low score. The cut scenes were emotional but the level didn't fit them well. It was too short. It needed to be way longer. And that hallway before the whole Lara-kills-her-mother cutscene had way too many thralls. They just kept coming - I'm sorry but where did these guys keep coming from?! The ending made me want to cry and it was some what cliff hangerish. That's good...

Overall 8.5/10 :: It was great! Best CD Tomb Raider game yet. Ending was okay but I still wish we could have had a nice big boss fight some where... and why did Lara have to kill her mother? Cd could have added a level where we revive Lara's mother some how... that would have been nice. Lara is sooo alone now. Hope there is a TR9 in the future some time.

Prologue - 9/10 a very nice start to the game! Short, thrilling, gets you into the story

Med Sea - 7/10 loved actually diving to the ocean floor! And escaping Amanda's ship was intense! But other than that it was very short and kind of dull :(

Thailand - 8.5/10 a beautiful level! Very nice to roam around in! But was a tad boring for my liking

Croft Manor - 9/10 a really great level! Loved the gothicness of it, and the small puzzle was fun. The burning manor was the icing on the cake, and doppelhoe's chilling appearence :D

Mexico - 7/10 was dissapointd by this level :( the outside ruins were great, and Xibalba was FANTASTIC! But I HATED depending on that damn bike so much  and the part at the end with Thor's statue, the Thralls, and the blue liquid just left me thinking what the hell?!

Jan Mayen Island - 9.5/10 loved this level. The rotating pillar was breathtaking! It was so HUGE! The halls were dull, but I just drive through 'em quickly as possible :p the hammer room is one of the game's best moments :tmb:

Andaman Sea - 9/10 loved the dark nature to the level! The rain and lightning in the background as Lara sent mercs flying in all directions. The cutscene at the level's end was also the game's best cutscene :D

Arctic Sea - 9.5/10 the underwater puzzle was my favourite puzzle of the game! Very simple, but if you didn't know what you were doing, you'd be there for hours! Helheim was astonishing! You really got the impression that you'd reached the end of the game!

Prologue - 7/10
It was short and simple, but fun xD

Mediterranean Sea - 8.5/10
This level took me about 3 hours.... it was fun diving and exploring for secrets underwater. The water is beautiful!

Thailand - 10/10
The most beautiful level I have ever seen in a Tomb Raider game, IMO. The plants were so lush! The puzzles were at the right difficulty as well. I adored exploring this area

Croft Manor - 7
Loved going through the burning manor, and the Angel puzzle was neat. Could have been longer.

Mexico - 10
This is a huge level, I couldn't tell you how many times I got lost the first time I played it. Like Thailand, it was beautiful in it's own way. I loved the dark weather, as well. Thailand was very sunny... and it was nice to have a rainy level as well

Jan Mayen Island - 8
For a snowy level I really enjoyed this one. I disliked the Thralls, though. The hammer part was the most memorable

Andaman Sea - 8
It was short, yes, but I liked it nonetheless. Not much else to say about it

Arctic Sea - 9
I loved Amanda's role in the last part of the game. It took me a while to figure out the level itself, but that's a good thing. The only thing that slightly annoyed me was Natla's fireballs

Overall, 9/10 from me. IMO this is CD's greatest work yet. It definitely has the atmosphere of a true TR game. Underworld is my absolute favorite:)

I will review it as with thoughts of the first play through.

Prologue 8/10= The music is brilliant. I had no clue what Lara is doing in that hall or where in the house she is.. (I still haven't figured it out, but from what I understand, it is behind her wardrobe, is that possible?)

Med Sea 10/10= Amazing.. The animations are amazing.. the cutscenes are wowish (all of them) I felt sad for killing the Octopus. I really liked the encounter with that mercenary. The boat was my favourite part in the whole game. :D It is unique. I could swim out of the level when I reached Amanda's boat. Amazing is just the best way to put it down... *state of shock*

Thailand 9/10= Again the music is absolutely amazing (especially in the area where to get the lenses. I actually felt as if I was hunting for something which is awesome) The demo spoiled me and I disliked the first part. I expected something more dangerous behind the gainst statue.. I liked the long trousers outfit.

Croft Manor 8/10= It had the best cutscene of Tomb Raider Underworld at the end of the lvl so far, doppelgänger vs Lara! I did not like that there was a crypt beneath the manor. also it felt a bit odd to me that there was a secret room near the tech room because there is actually a door there near the pillars in both legend and anniversary. (what exactly would be behind that door ??? Anyways that sort of killed it for me. I liked the architecture. It resembles the England level in Legend. It fits that is why there will be a high score ^^ The undead tigers where really wierd. It means they were there ever since anniversary and they have never been found since that point. It is odd how the glove crumbles again, I mean how did Richard croft carry it ??

Mexico 10/10= It was hard to believe what I was looking at.. The rain stopped working after I reloaded the game. At some point I even thought that the Mayans and the Aztecs are 2 different tribes and that the Aztec (solar) calendar was indeed the one with the 360 days and the nemontemi (the unnamed days) Research could have been of greater addition if there was more information to share about this culture. I like history. The architecture is once again absolutely similar to the real thing. I say similar because I have seen some things.. oddities that I prefer not to name because I could be wrong about them.. Thor was absolutely interesting, a bit wierd connection but it is a game and therefore forgiven. I enjoyed it very much and I liked obtaining the relic. It was a bit weird how you pushed the block when you got the belt and find 2 secrets under it. Why 2? I was actually able to walk through a tree outside near the area where you come across sort of a roundabout. (on the way to the last calendar) but I have not been able to walk through the level so all is forgiven. I really liked having the bike around. It was so very fun, at first I was like why would she take her bike into these very old ruins. She would contaminate everything.. But later on with Thor around I did not mind any more. Interesting theory about the substance. :D Etir? I did not like how the tigers were in the manor and now supposedly a jaguar was too :( very sad. It is here that I became familiar with the legend of Jörmungandr. It is there exactly as it is written on wikipedia ;) I thought it was interesting to see that Thor resembles Tihocan in many ways but particularly in silhouette form. Great and fantastic gameplay.

Jan Mayen 8/10= This is the level that felt like playing a mix between TombRaider 1 and TombRaider Legend. (the caves maybe the first TombRaider alfa version? lol.. I have seen youtube movies) I say Legend because it kept reminding me how similar it looks to Nepal. I am thinking that these areas originally belonged there. There are too many undead here in my opinion and Lara died from a lot of spiders in that secret room. It was a humiliation, fun nevertheless and amazing that they killed Lara. The tower is something I will remember for the very rest of my life. the loading screen was a bit too soon for me as it spoiled the area I was going to see.. :( I would rather see loading screens of Lara, like Nepal in Legend. Spoiled :( Anyhow, I still opened up my mouth and I was impressed how the machine was working.. It is here that I thought o my gosh this game is way better than Legend is. I did not like the ending of the level. I would rather escape with the artifact, or find a way back.. or get another cutscene of mercenaries coming there. (but why would they, after all Natla wants you to find the hammer and not stop you from doing it, neither would amanda want that) Still it felt sad. The first scene with the gaint was awesome. I blew it up with some grenades.

Andaman Sea 7/10= Despite the fact that it really is a replica of the ship we have seen before. I did like the weather effects on the boxes and the thunder and having a first swing with Thor's hammer. (Which felt a bit too much like Excalibur to me.) It was only after I discovered that you can do something else with the hammer that I started to like it (I turned of the hints, so I didn't see :P ) :jmp: Anyhow, I felt a bit like a god. The level was very short and could have used some secrets. (maybe impossible because the ship moves ?) The cutscene was cool. I had been looking forward to meet the doppelgänger again. The doppelgänger is now officially my most favourite character in the whole series. This is all Crystal Dynamics no Core Design involved so this is very much an achievement and for this reason I have decided that I am now a fan of Crystal Dynamics too. The expression on Natla's face was priceless. (I had seen a wii video of this later and there the characters look like sims. lol)

Arctic sea 7/10= After playing the med sea level nothing could beat that any more. I did not want to progress in this very large level (also it seemed odd to me how Lara can stay underwater for so long in this very very cold water.) (I picked the yellow swimsuit) When I got out of the water and saw the inside of the temple, that is where the interests began to sharpen for me. It suddenly became more interesting because it was here that I realised that this mechanism could actually have a purpose. The cutscene with Natla opening that door was well performed. She looked human (because of her movement/motion) I would rather have seen her burst out of the water the way Lara came there and do what she needs to do. Also it would have been nice if we were able to follow Natla to where ever she flew off to. Seeing Lara's mother like this, as hel (half undead, half human) is interesting, but the way how Lara shot her. I think on this moment they ruined the key moment in where finding her is important throughout all 3 games released by Crystal Dynamics. She now is just one and another monster that gets shot and disappears. I did not like this at all. This is not a good ending and I am fond of good endings only. (3 bad endings in 3 games.)
TRL --> Amanda responsible for Amelia pulling the sword out.
TRA --> Lara has done everything for nothing. she gained nothing out of obtaining the scion. If she hadn't done it, the world would have stayed safe all the same. There is no new information and it only raises more questions.
TRU --> Questions are still unanswered. Tihocan is nowhere to be found unless he is Thor which is not clear throughout the game. The queen of Atlantis is still alive, but it is never explained why or better yet how. Somehow she got her skin back. even after that melted rock attached to her body (which would have been attached forever) Mommy is dead. The doppelgänger still is cool. What can I say. I would have wanted a final conclusion.. Yet this looks like an other cliffhanger because things are missing from Nepal. Namely the roof and in TombRaider Legend the corpse is missing.. There seems to be paid little attention to the details in Nepal.. I really liked the Ragnarok device. Jörmungandr. This made the game special to end (and not the cutscene) It felt as if something was missing if you seperate the TRU ending with the way how Lara finds mommy and the device and Amanda.. There are so many things missing. It would have been a greater addition if you would see how Amanda or Natla gets underwater near this place or a flashback of what Lara's mother tried to do when she arrived in Hellheim/Avalon or whatever it is called. I think the ending could have been stronger. It would be nice if the next game doesn't raise questions. This way a new storyline would be easier to create without any flaws. The next TombRaider game should contain multiple endings. Give the player a reason to unlock everything. I want to know more.I want to see more. An alternative ending does that and more.

Overall 9/10= Very good game. The best in the series of Crystal Dynamics so far. I am having a hard time deciding or it is better than older TombRaider games but I just realised that it is so very difficult to compare. Back then this technology was not so thoroughly used and by doing so these days, the visuals increase drastically. Based on Visuals. TombRaider Underworld is absolutely amazing. The sounds you hear in the game are perfectly well done!!! I can't say more than that it is an experience of a lifetime, and you must have played it.

Prologue - It was awesome, a fiery start to the game. I really enjoyed it and it was a great way to slowly introduce the player to the controls, and to get them started right in the action. 9/10

Med. Sea - Again, an awesome level. You get to swim in the sea, explore old ruins, explore a ship, and sink it :P The underpus puzzle was really fun, and running around on the ship and killing everyone was great. When the ship sank it was incredible how it literally flipped. Really fun level. 10/10

Thailand - It was a great level, the first part felt really boring because of the demo, but its still good. The nagas were really fun to fight, and exploring the old ruins was great. The mirror puzzle had me stumped! 9/10

Croft Manor - I really liked this level. We got to explore underneath the mansion which was incredible. The puzzle was easy, but it was still really fun. When it burned down it was boring since it was the same as the prologue, but watching the doppelganger whoop Lara's ass was fun! Hopefully, two good things come out of this: a) they bring in the classic manor to replace, b) Alister is gone for good (why couldn't doppelhoe finish him off too? :() 8/10

Mexico - LOVED IT! It felt really good to finally play it since I saw so many screens of it when TRU was first announced. Xibalba was great really atmospheric. The motorcycle was so fun! 10/10

Jan Mayen Island - The level was really good, but the hammer part got annoying. It seemed no matter what I did, I ended up going to the same spot. The death was really weird too... But it was still fun! 8/10

Andaman Sea - It was super short, but I loved it! Killing everyone with the hammer was so fun! Also, the cutscene at the end was so cool! Lara got really angry when she tried to kill doppelhoe, and when she screamed and shattered Natla's prison was just great. 8/10

Arctic Sea - It was a sad level... Watching Mummy die, and Lara being more lonley than ever in the end. It was still fun destroying Natla's plan. It's a shame we couldn't finish Natla off for good and it was a cutscene instead. 8/10

Overal Average = 8.75/10

When I first finished the game, I admit, I really did not like it, but I've played it again and again, and I like it a lot more. I think it was because the first time my PS3 crashed a lot so I couldn't enjoy it as much, but the second time it was fine. :)

Prologue - 7/10 - A good, imaginative way to start the game. Gets you right in the thick of the action without knowing what the hell's going on (at least if you haven't been reading any spoilers). Negatives - wish it had been a bit longer, and that we had seen more of the manor.

Mediterranean Sea - 8/10 - A huge contrast to what we've seen before from CD! Big beautiful underwater environment, a creepy salt-covered temple, the biggest mollusc you ever did see, and to top it off, a crazy run around a container ship. Great action packed level. Negatives - Amanda looks weird to me. Unimpressed with all mercenaries looking the exact same.

Coastal Thailand - 8.5/10 - Just a beautiful level in every sense. Extraordinary attention to detail in the topography and architecture, lovely music and inventive puzzles. Negatives - too many bats and spiders for my liking.

Croft Manor - 9/10 - Although this level is very short, and ties in with the Prologue, I loved the idea of going into the crypt and discovering this strange set of rooms and chambers below. Thought the addition of the Tiger Thralls was fantastic - having to fight dangerous creatures in Lara's own home! And finally, the doppelganger - scared me stiff! Negatives - didn't really like Alister that much, but I was a bit sorry to see him go. You couldn't have had cornier last words!

Southern Mexico - 6.5/10 - A low point for me. Something about this level just irritated me - maybe it was the running backwards and forwards on the bike the whole time (maybe I just can't drive). I did enjoy the Mayan calender puzzles though, and when we entered Xibalba, I began to get really interested. However, the end wasn't great for me - a bit too tricky to get out safely, and I died many a time. Negatives - well, mostly what I've already mentioned.

Jan Mayen Island - 9/10 - Probably my favourite level. I was infuriated and enthralled by the Pillar Puzzle in equal measures. Loved the claustrophobic feeling of the corridors of Valhalla, and was ecstatic about the Hall of Hammers - how much do you love swinging backwards and forwards on those things? Negatives - did not appreciate the many long falls and Lara trying to swim in poisonous eitr!

Andaman Sea - 7/10 - Don't really remember much about this level, except that it basically mimics the latter part of the Mediterranean Sea. However I do remember the moody atmosphere and the final cutscene - some cinematic and voice acting genius going on there! Negatives - the re-appearance of the identical mercenaries.

Arctic Sea - 8.5/10 - Epic is the only word for this level. The approach is staggering, and the hallways thronged with thralls is terrifying, even with Mjolnir to keep you company. Almost shed a tear for poor Amelia, and was even astounded at Natla's treachery, funnily enough! Loved the final battle, but the resolution of things left me a little confused - sequel, or no sequel? What's going on? Negatives - where did Amanda spring from?

Overall - 8/10 - Certainly the best game that Crystal has produced, in my opinion. As usual, they get many things spot on, the environments, the music, the voice acting.

However, here's my list of positives that I love -

*Environments
*Music
*Acting
*Lara
*Gymnastics
*New combat moves
*More diverse enemies than Legend, comparable with Anniversary's standard
*Definite improvement in that you feel like Lara is totally on her own
*Runs fantastically on my computer

And my list of negatives (or constructive criticisms)

*Camera still needs sorting
*A slight tweaking of keyboard based controls
*Slightly messy storyline
*Plot seems a little confused at times
*Can't replay cutscenes
*Samey and boring treasures
*Treasure hunt mode also boring
*Amelia gets turned into a thrall! *Sob, wail, gnashing of teeth!* (What can I say, I prefer happy endings).

Still, I am more than happy with the overall result! :tmb:

Well done Crystal Dynamics!

Prologue
What better way to start the game than to have the player attempt to extract Lara from her burning home? The music in this level was amazing, IMO. Some ledges were pretty difficult to find (I died a few times in this level :p), but still a little short. If it was doubled in size, it would be o.k.

8/10

Mediterranean Sea
I was not expecting such difficult puzzles here! I didn't even see the grapple ring in one of the puzzles at all (the one to pull down the big snake head). Kraken was pretty scary because I didn't know what it would do next. All of its moves were unexpected. Loved the boat level at the end!

9/10

Coastal Thailand
AMAZING BACKGROUNDS!! I actually said "Oh, brother" when I saw the gi-normous room where you had to find the two mirrors. Bridge puzzle was very difficult, but spiders and bats popped out everywhere!

8/10

Croft Manor
A short level, but puzzles were rather difficult for me here. Desk scene was pretty fun, I really didn't know what do do at first :D. Relic was sort of easy to find though. Reminds me of the golden Peru reward in TRL... Backgrounds were pretty boring :(.

7/10

Southern Mexico
THE ABSOLUTE BEST LEVEL!! Loved the new bike! The entire gates of Xibalba puzzle really fooled me. So many places to explore here and so many deadly traps, expecially in the blade room inside Xibalba. The belt puzzle at the end stumped me good. Too many enemies here though IMO.

9.5/10

Jan Mayen Island
The pillar puzzle was amazing! I was thinking "I have to climb that!!! ZOMFG!!" at the time. the entire middle part was sort of boring, though. Took me a while to realize I had to abandon my bike :p. I loved the hammer puzzle, too!

8.5/10

Andaman Sea
Nothing much here except you can blast enemies with Thor's hammer here. Loved the ending cutscene though :D.

7.5/10

Arctic Sea
The hardest puzzles in the game were here. The Ragnarok puzzle was extremely confusing for me! Didn't know where to start and where to end. The sword puzzle in the beginning was pretty cool though. I had to use field assistance here (and thank God CD even thought of that idea!).

9/10

Overall is about 8.5-9/10
