View Full Version : Fallout 3 Crashes

Hello Guys,

I just got Fallout 3 and whenever I try to play it It crashes and then the Game struggles to exit.
I also got the Patch and when I try to Install it it freezes becuase after it gets to %100 the game runs and then I leave that and then the Patch freezes when I go back to It.
Please help If anybody knows what is wrong.

Hmm, that sucks.. Are you on PC? You probably are, since you mention a patch..

I just recently completed the game on PS3, but not without problems either.. I remember it crashed a couple of times, one of them being at my 10 years old birthday and another a while later in the game.. The funny thing is, after that I never experienced a crash again :-/ does it keep crashing the same place?

What I do is I run the game and then when I Click Start New Game and Yes it is suppost to show the Character being born but instead it just stays black and then crashes and Locks up even Windows Live Freezes.
Then then with the Patch it just freezes after %100.

Ah, that's a different case than mine, I guess.. Have you contacted their technical support? I think that's your only option right now.. :o or maybe reinstall?

That happened to me aswell, and all i had to do was to install an update to Windows Live. After that the game was really smooth. :)
