View Full Version : Using Thor's hammer

I am playing TRU on the PS3 and I am not been able to use the hammer in the fights against the tralls or the sharks (I am in the Artic level), I am using the keys R2/L2/Triangle bottons om the controller but nothing happens, that is making it very hard to get through (sprint helps but I want to use the hammer;).
Have I missed something in an earlier stage that is causing this?

Any help will be welcome :)

PS: I used the search function but I could not find anything specific

Do you have the Hammer equipped and selected? If so you should be able to hold R2 and use it, or hold L2 and hold it out.

The only thing I can think of is that you haven't got it selected as your weapon. I couldn't use mine at first but it was because it wasn't selected. You will need it, believe me! :)

I assume it should appear under the weapon selection, but that is not the case.

Hit the right d-pad button until she takes out the hammer. She had it along with her other equipped weapon on her back at the same time.

stupid (but not so :P) question: when u change the second weapon from PDA, how do you usually choose between pistols and it? xD

I couldn't use it against the sharks either. Is it possible to be used underwater? I'm on PC and it didn't work...

Yeah you can use it underwater. On PS3 at least

Yeah, I couldnt use it on PC, too. I think we cannot use it in the water on PC.:(

You can, just at shorter range. Make sure you selected your hammer and hit G to draw your weapon then right mouse key to shoot.
