Spanish translation needed...

Hi... as you know, I don't speak Spanish, but I know some folks here do.
I'd like your help to translate something for me. I'll post it here:


PROPERTY INFORMATION
Big house, with a forest and its richness of fauna and flora on the back. It`s a house with wide-spaced rooms, swimming pool, balcony with barbecue and toilets. The package includes a colaborator for gardening and swimming pool services, every day (except on Sunday). The house is for personal use of the owners, and it`s not rentable for groups, only families, we do not accept animals and we authorize 14 people maximum.

BEDROOMS DESCRIPTION
Of all 4 bedrooms, 2 are suite. All of them have couple bed and TV, except for the 4th bedroom which has 2 bunk beds. Besides the 4 bedrooms, we have an outer apartment with accommodation for two people. All of them have ceiling fan.

SURROUDINGS
It is located 1500m away from the beach and 400 meters away from the shopping. Excellence in infrastructure with 24 hours security.

Casa grande, con un bosque*, y su respectiva riqueza en flora y fauna, en la parte trasera. Es una casa de habitaciones amplias, pileta/piscina, balcón con parrilla, y baños. El paquete incluye un ayudante para el jardín y la pileta todos los días (Excepto los Domingos). La casa es para uso personal de los dueños, y no está disponible su alquiler para grupos, sólo familias, no aceptamos animales y autorizamos un máximo de 14 personas.

DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DORMITORIOS
De las 4 habitaciones, 2 son Suites. Todas poseen camas dobles y TV, a excepción de la cuarta habitación, que tiene 2 literas. Además de los 4 dormitorios, contamos con un apartamento externo, apto para el alojamiento de 2 personas. Todos poseen ventilador de techo.

Localizada a 1500 metros de la playa, y a 400 del centro comercial. Excelente infraestructura con seguridad las 24 horas.

Well, my best friend is brasillian, she says the same thing. lol I can speak port too, but it's kinda rusty, really rusty. I always think it's rude to speak in english in her presence anyway. o_o
