Top of the range sirloin steak with exciting vegetables (preferably al dente), with a good glass of oak-aged Rioja. With maybe an exciting dessert for afterwards, followed by nice alcohol.

Anything for dinner at a restaurant, lol. Something with meat. Spaghetti Bolognaise, or chicken and dumplings, or spaghetti with champignon sauce. :)

One of my favorite dishes is sadly one that I haven't had for ages, Beef Stroganoff. with a good red wine. Followed later with an aged scotch or cognac.

How I fancy that now!:(

Well my favorite type of dinner is really simple: stir fried spinach with garlic. I can eat that EVERYDAY & never grow bored! :p

Now at uni all I eat is:
1. Pan mee (Chinese noodle soup dish, delicious)
2. Chap choy fan (Chinese mixed vegetables with rice & pork)
3. Tosai (Indian)
4. Asam laksa (Penang food)
5. Tom yam (spicy Thai)

:D

Fried and then boiled reindeer, elk or wild deer meat with either normal or stamped potatoes and served with berries/berry jam (most likely lingonberries) and a bit of butter on the potatoes (unless you've already added it when stamping them). Another option instead of the butter is garlic/herb cream.

Delicious. :)

I'll eat anything...

Traditional Sunday Roast.
Potatoes, parsnip, swede, sprouts, carrots, runner beans, peas, chicken, pork, beef, lamb.

Seafood risotto.

Gay low fat colourful vegetarian couscous dishes.

Any fish dish really.

I've got a thing for...
Peppers, rocket, humous, potato salad, baby spinach, mustard, everything.

Stews made in a pressure cooker.
I do have a slight aversion to fried food; more than once a week is a bit... yeah.
