Are there any specific languages you're needing to know the translation for? I think it woud help if you named specific languages. :D

I surmise you cannot read those, so here you go:
Green - Pr'asino
Blue - Galan'o
Yellow/Gold - K'itrino/Chrysaf'i
Brown - Caf
Red - K'okkino
Silver - Asim'i

The " ' " determines which syllable to stress.

Here's in Finnish

Green - vihre
Blue - sininen
Yellow - keltainen
gold/golden - "Kulta", but that is mostly used as a noun. For an adjective, maybe "Kullan vrinen" or "Kultainen". But "Kultainen" also means "sweet"/"dear".
Brown - ruskea
Red - punainen
Silver - Same as with gold: Hopea (Noun), hopean vrinen, hopeinen

You would usually see them as descriptive, yes, but just like in English, "green" can also mean "the colour green" in which case it's a noun.
