If anyone cares this is another discovery in Peru.


The ancient mummy of a three-year-old child has been found in the Peruvian region of Lambayeque, archaeologists say. The child of approximately three years was placed [in the tomb] laying east to west at 45 degrees

reuters said it's 2.5 K years old!

The child's body was among other tombs belonging to the ancient Gallinazo culture and is believed to be around 2,500 years old. It was buried with offerings including ceramic pieces with a bas-relief of an owl.

The tombs were found in the 4,000-year-old Ventarron temple, unearthed last year.

Scary stuff, but I always like to know about this ancient stuff, a fan of Tomb Raider in all doesn't mean we can't have a bit of fiction here and there. :tmb:
