I have installed a game on my computer but when I come to play it says "could not create the Graphics device DirectX is not available". What shall I do to fix it?

Is it so hard to provide more details in case people here can't read others' mind?

Run Diagnose.exe (http://www.tombraiderhub.com/download/diagnose.exe) and post the report also.
