Call of Duty: World at War Hardened War Hero Trophy

Right, I know how to get the Hardened War Hero Trophy (Gold) on COD:WAW, but do all the levels need to be completed on Veteran difficulty or Hardened difficulty, OR, do you have to play through the whole levels starting with Semper Fi and playing through the whole game on either Hardened or Veteran Difficulty instead of picking out levels and completing them on either Hardened or Veteran. :confused:

You just have to make sure all of the levels are completed on either hardened or veteran, doesn't matter which order. So you can complete some of the levels on veteran but others on hardened.
