Help! PS3 downloads won't install!

I downloaded the Ratchet and Clank: Quest for Booty of the PS Store and also downloaded COD 5 Map Pack 1. When they all were downloaded I went to install the Ratchet and Clank one and it came up with Installing. Please Wait. Then about 5 minutes later says an error code in brackets and "error installing this operation" or something like that and it happens on the other download. No installing bar comes up just Installing. Please Wait. How do I resolve it? This also happened with my Bioshock demo a couple of months ago.

Hmm... I've never had any problems with installs. Sure you have enough space on the HD?

Write down the error code and google it.
Could be helpful to know what actually causes the error.

I haven't got my PS3 on me at the moment, but once and get home, i'll post it. The One that showed when Bioshock would't download said that for some apparent reason, could not download.

The Only thing Microsoft is capable of producing is their computer technology, they are not really expericened with gaming and consoles. Should have brought a PS3, where Sony have great experience of gaming and consoles and when there is an error send a message to them and in 1 weeks or so you'll get the solution back. With XBOX 360, if there is an error send a message to Microsoft and...........6 Weeks Later...no return 12 Weeks Later....no return............3 Months Later....Oh Yay, got a reply!

Had you not said all that, I'd have more sympathy for you right now. Let's hope Sony really do only take "1 week or so" to respond.

That's happened to me before. Sometimes my internet would go out duiring the download and screw it up. No matter what though, redownloading it should fix the problem.
