Nice find, i thought a wall opened in TRU, though
I love how that door is just, gone in TRU and there's just a plain wall there instead. And Zip dosn't have a chair in that sceene eather, he sits in the air. XD

What I am saying is that the manor is the same in both games, but in Anniversary you can go further.

What I actually meant by that list is what rooms are accessible. ;)
Also the Manor in both games is not the same.

Ha. Alister didn't even notice a door being removed and replaced by a wall.
Alister: "Why didn't you ever tell us this was down here".
Zip: "Hell, I wish I still didn't know".
lol :)
Can you get a screenshot of that?

heheh you never see his cahri. you can hear it when he pulls it out to sit on it but it's never in view. I guess they didn'y bother making one too be seen in 2 seconds XD

Lots of changes are done in Croft Manor.
Secret Passage in Legend links her room with the library.
While in Anniversary, the secret passage link two different rooms. Can't remember which.
Croft Manor is a complete mess. They should just stick to the old mansion and always expend it, not change it.

When Alister says "Why didn't you ever tell us this was down here?!" He sounds really concerned, as does Zip. CD's trying to cover up the fact they've made Lara a soft by giving her two wussy assistants who don't realise a door's been taken out and a wall concealing an ancient crypt has been put in its place :p
On another matter, I think the old mansion should be brought back, and there's a pretty good exuse to (Lara's mansion has been blown up for goodness sake!). Also the new mansion makes no sence whatsoever. A door was replaced by a wall, secret passageways move by themselfs, not to mention that Lara's new house was from the film, which (in the film) had it's windows smashed and the lobby made a mess AND there was an obserbatory that magically dissapeared. Honestly!:hea:
It's on the wrong side of the room! Therefore, that makes this thread quite pointless....:(

Actually, it isn't. It's on the same side as the wall door.

Guess zip didn't notice!
I noticed that, myself - I also recall how Tomb Raider: Underworld gained two doors (the ones that lead to the Gallery and Music room in Anniversary), but neither were in Legend. It's obviously the technology stuff, but one can only assume Lara blocked off the entrances to those rooms before Legend and decided she wanted those rooms back :S
Can't say the same about the Crypt door - Perhaps Zip and Alister presumed the door was part of the wall, but only decorative...?
OR!!!! Maybe when Alister said 'why didn't you ever tell us this was here?' neither him nor Zip knew it was a crypt room because they had never been in it.
And the door in between the Tech room and the Main doors isn't far from the Crypt room, so there must be/have been a corridor leading to whatever room. :)
Maybe it was a wall-door in Anniversary but Lara changed it to a normal door than changed it back

Scared of the crypts! LOVE kitchen fun times. \o/
What I am saying is that the manor is the same in both games, but in Anniversary you can go further.
actually in Legend, if you go onto the right side of the staircase you will se that there are no doors, in TRA there were doors there and you could go through them, in TRU the doors were there but you couldn't go through them.
I fin it funny that in 1996 lara had two more rooms in her house, then in 2006
she thought "nahhh, I'll get rid of them, then in 2008 she thinks "nahh I'll bring them back again.
Actually, it isn't. It's on the same side as the wall door.
Yeah, I noticed that later on....:o Sorry...:o
