Excellent. I suppose it would be impossible to get her model from the arcade version of VF4, right? I was very dissapointed that they "nerfed" her physique for VF5. Same with the other girls, but it was more noticeable on her (and even more coupled with the pale skin). :(

I heard that there are some unlockable abs for her in VF5. Could you convert her with them at least? :hug:

Is a good point. I mean Claire Redfield CV model has been released loads of times by different people. I think it personal taste of who downloads it.
One person may not want one version from one modder so they wait for the other model release.

I don't understand what the point of crediting the original author if you're just going to put "some guy off GMod.org"

Do it properly or don't do it at all. Importing a model, renaming the bones, and then exporting it to .MESH barely qualifies as work. It does require some fixing up, I know you did put some work in this and I'm glad to see that. I'm also glad to see people using models I've rigged elsewhere. I'd love to see some of the screenshots and renders you guys here at XNALara do. I understand I didn't create the model, Capcom did. I barely did anything besides steal their model and rig it.

However, I did rig it. I applied a skin modifier and spent an hour or two weighting it and getting it proper for Garry's Mod. Maybe it's not the best, but if I want to respect you as a member of the community, I would love it if you could respect my hour or so of work. I'm not asking for anything in return except for you to acknowledge that I spent some time and effort into my ports. It's not a lot of effort, for what it's worth. I do this as a hobby, something to do in my spare time. I don't expect much, it's for a bunch of kids/young adults on a Half-Life 2 mod to play with, but a little "Thanks, bro, you helped out with my XNALara release" would be a great courtesy. Thanks.

Honestly tho, I dont mind who uploads her or when, forums do come down to respecting each other at the end of the day, I keep seeing so many pointless arguements on here lol. Til then I'll be playing Outbreak. Haha it easier to control than XNAlara :P

I'd love to see some of the screenshots and renders you guys here at XNALara do. I understand I didn't create the model, Capcom did. I barely did anything besides steal their model and rig it.

However, I did rig it. I applied a skin modifier and spent an hour or two weighting it and getting it proper for Garry's Mod. Maybe it's not the best, but if I want to respect you as a member of the community, I would love it if you could respect my hour or so of work. I'm not asking for anything in return except for you to acknowledge that I spent some time and effort into my ports. It's not a lot of effort, for what it's worth. I do this as a hobby, something to do in my spare time. I don't expect much, it's for a bunch of kids/young adults on a Half-Life 2 mod to play with, but a little "Thanks, bro, you helped out with my XNALara release" would be a great courtesy. Thanks.

I was such a hobo myself some time back. But i took all that content down after i figured out that gmod models aren't made from valvE xD
For me is fine, my Cindy has a lot of bugs, and when I put the normals map she becomes a monster XD

Do it properly or don't do it at all. Importing a model, renaming the bones, and then exporting it to .MESH barely qualifies as work. It does require some fixing up, I know you did put some work in this and I'm glad to see that. I'm also glad to see people using models I've rigged elsewhere. Yes, you are very right. The same could be said about models that are being converted from XNALara to GMod. :)
