Didn't get an answer in the modding or underworld sections,so hoping I might do better here!

I've downloaded and installed the program,along with .NET 3.5 and the XNA Framework as detailed in the thread,and the program opens ok..its when I try and load a model into it,my comp instantly crashes and reboots..

I've noticed after the reboot that something called savedump.exe is running in the task manager..

Any ideas?

Can you post the report of diagnose (http://www.tombraiderhub.com/download/diagnose.exe). Savedump.exe sounds like the memory dump reporting program.

1. Add XNA Lara Posing program to AVG Exclusions list or disable AVG before using the program.

2. Disable DEP (http://www.tombraiderwiki.com/index.php/DEP) service.

I dont have AVG!! I have Avast anti virus,so I disabled it but no luck..

As for the DEP thing,I found the notepad parameter that ends

noexecute=optin /fastdetect

Do I change it to noexecute=AlwaysOff /fastdetect or do I delete the 'fastdetect' part as well?

It didn't cure the problem the first way.. :(

This way:
/noexecute=AlwaysOff /fastdetect

Be sure you have left extra spaces NOT and reboot after editing the file.

UPDATE:

After a suggestion by someone on the Eidos forum,who had the same problem,I've discovered this - dragging the model window down so it's out of sight allows me to load an object/model without the comp crashing..however,when the window is brought back into view the PC immediately crashes and reboots as before..This makes me think its a graphics card issue?

1. Try downgrading video drivers a version or two.

2. Don't double post, use Edit button instead.
