"InFamous" the game on PS3

Hey guys,

I just bought "InFamous" the game on PS3 - any ideas why the screen subtitles and menu options etc... are in French?

I have my PS3 set to English language, the packaging for the game is in German language, but the game disc itself seems to be displaying French audio and screen menus. Very odd...

Hm. That's strange.

Are you connected to the internet when you first loaded it up? - If so... you should of got a patch to sort that out. I don't know if you get it after the first load up - without using the internet.

There is no english language option for the main Continental version of the game I'm afraid.
There are two versions; English, Russian & Portuguese, and the Remaining Western Language version.

Thanks for the info. Well, I'm enjoying the game regardless of my poor French.

BTW this game shows how TR should work - everything is climbable, and Lara should be able to long jump the exact distance as the playable character does in this game. (admittedly climbing should have more danger to it in InFamous)

He is a human character in a pseudo-realistic world, just like Lara, and he seems to be able to jump decent distances instead of those feeble bunny hop distances of Lara.

So, I say to all those supporters of ueber realism in TR - I rest my case.

Well, he's in an URBAN CITY so the designers got it easy while a tomb, not so much since everything has crumbled away. There's only so much CD can do before the fickle fans scream BLOODY LEDGES MURDER! :D
