I've just got my sideshow Lara today & I have to admit that I'm pretty damn pleased with her.:D She comes with 3 outfits one being TRL signature outfit. I may custom make a classic outfit myself.:o I have have two more TR figures on my list & then I think my collection is complete.:) I thought I would share some photos, if your considering this figure yourself & have any questions, please feel free to as.;)

How tall is that bad-boy! :cln:

I have to say that the face looks a lot better on the figure than the package.

Are you going to be opening it?

I got that from a shop called 'Gametraders' in Perth!
it was the Last one they had! I really like it! :D :jmp:

Beautiful ! I've always said this figure is awesome. :tmb:

How much did it cost ?

Kiss-Bite

The figure is 12"inch tall & it cost me around 55.00.:yik::D I'm not sure if I'll take it out, it's a fol box so I suppose I could as it would be easy to put back in. I could do some more photos of the different outfits. It's very posable so a good reference to use for hand drawing Lara in different poses.:D

I am really jealous of that, I wish I could find that somewhere here.:p

Love the way Lara's clothes aren't painted on, like other figures of her. I must say that it looks like a great figure to have. :D I've had three figures, one of Legend wearing the Union Jack outfit, one of TR2's Wetsuit and an AoD one. Sadly, my dog ate the Union Jack one, which I liked. :( Dogs can be so cruel. :p

I actually don't have the Union Jack Lara, I do have the 12" TRL Lara. I really like the Core Lara wetsuite figure. I actually love those 7" sets, classic, wetsuite & area 51.:cln:

I agree. I also love the way they came with a backround of the level Lara would be wearing the outfit. :D

Very nice Kiss-Bite!, this is a very fine piece of memorabilia to add to your ever growing collection, love the fact it comes with three different outfits, would be nice to have the classic one in there as well, but you got three from legend, so it's all good. :D

Now you've gotta resist the temptation not open it up and leave her in there. ;)

WOW! That is gorgeous, I might buy one for myself. :jmp:

I'd totally take it out of the box, but it's up to you. I don't plan on selling any of my collectibles, but I still made a dumb mistake. I have a limited edition Lara statue (only about 1000 made, I won it in a competition), and I was stupid enough to throw away the box. :vlol:

I'll never sell it though, I really cherish it. <3

That's great that you won it & a very limited item indeed!

I keep a lot of things still in their box.:o Sometimes I take things out but I always keep packaging.:)

I dont "get" barbie-type-things. Never did, not even Action Man as a kid. I must have had a deprived childhood, but I really dont see the point in any of these figurine things :p

I know what you mean I want the other sideshow figure but not sure about the real hair for some reason.:p These very posable figures are quite handy as something to refer to when doing Lara drawings. You can have a visual idea & use the figure to pose a position you need, like a model.:)

The real hair is terrible. At what point in the production process did they think it would be a good idea to use that wild ball of fluff for hair?

I know, I'm just not sure if it works, especially as a ponytail as it's far to big & thick!:yik: A braid would probably work better when using real hair. I really like the figure itself but the real hair is making me unsure about it.

I always liked that one, but yet again, the ponytail looks a little too thin, and floats in the air rather too high.

The ponytail on that figure is on a magnet so you can move it around to the position you like. I agree it should be a bit thicker.;)

For anyone that is interested, there is a listing for this figure for 40 on eBay now.;)

Link removed as apparently you can't link to eBay.

Just search this listing on eBay: LARA CROFT 1/6 FIGURE MADE BY EIDOS (SIDESHOW)
