I don't sleep walk but I have woken myself up a few times laughing. I also talk in my sleep and wake myself up but can't remember what I've said or what I was laughing at. http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/jumper.gif

lol @ TR-Player

i wont be asleep but i would be starting to drift of when i have this sudden feeling of falling. I don't know what from, an edge of a cliff or a plane? but anyway about 10 or so cm's from the ground i wake up with a huge jolt. Last time i did this (i think it was last tuesday) i shook so suddenly and so hard that I had thrown myself outta bed......It kinda hurt seeing as I whacked my head on the wall :(

I love heights too! :D

I sometimes feel like I'm falling when I'm asleep, like when I dream I've tripped over something then fall in slow-motion like in the Matrix, then I wake up suddenly. http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif
I can't fall out of bed cos I sleep on the floor :D

bottom, lol and yes it does hurt. I'd prefer to sleep on the bottom rather than the top though cuz i chuck myself off the bed waaay too many times and if i were on the top i would get quite an injury lol

My worst episode of sleep walking happened when I was about 13 years old. At the time I lived in a block of flats (23rd floor).

I got out of bed, and after unlocking the front door, I called the lift, waited for it, then got in. Getting off at the ground floor, I walked out of the building, and down the street.

I realised what I was doing when I was almost at the end of the road. So I just turned around and made my way back to bed.

The strange thing is, through the whole thing I knew exactly what I was doing, and at the time, it made perfect sense for me to be out walking in just my nightie at 2am in the morning.

Now my kids occassionally 'Go walkabout' as I call it.

It's o.k. though. I always remember to hide the front door keys before I go to bed. ;)
