NEED SOME HELP!!!!!
Okay, so I just downloaded everything from Xbox Live. I bought the BUNDLE off of the marketplace. The two chapters work just fine, but when going to play Mercenaries Reunion, it says that the disk needs to be cleaned with a soft cloth, and to restart. I have restarted it and cleaned it and the Reunion does still not work. Any advice? I may need to re-download the content, IDK>

I loved desperate escape, i just played it through again, and when jill nearly got hit with the RPG i was like, OMG!!! Jill!!! (i had forgotten that part, sue me. :p)

If it is like Maya, the reason you are getting the white highlights is because of the reflectivity... I had this problem in Maya when I first started so I just brought the reflection slider to zero.

Just curious, but does Jill's model (Julia Voth) actually have any part in the games? I mean, did she go in and did Capcom do a facial recognition on her or anything? Because you never really hear about her being the model or anything, so just wondering does anyone know?

It really doesn't does it. I just love Patricia's voice. It is amazing. And just because she is Asian does not mean she sounds Asian. Take Kristen Kreuk for example. She is Asian and Canadian, sounds all American. As goes for many other Asian people. Patricia is probably half something else.

They just modeled Jill after her, she didn't do the motion capture. Patricia did Jill's voice and facial and body motion capture :)

If you read the little thing on sheva's page, the pencil drawn bit, it says her breast ae supposed to be a little bit smaller than jill's. :vlol: I thought that was odd. :p I do like the sheva variations though, very nice indeed, but i'm happy with what we got. I have to get this book though, maybe when people are selling it on e-bay. :vlol:

Me neither!! I called one of my family peoples and sent them an e-mail with the link of the book on amazon, and their gonna get it for me for my B-day!!!! I'm so excited, but the release is after my birthday, so i'll haved to wait a little while before i ACTUALLy get it. :( Oh well, it'll give me something to do while waiting for afterlife to come out. :p

Capcom made her blonde because they wanted to so I doubt she'll go back to brunette :) Just because you don't like it that doesn't mean that other people feel the same way. People change, hair colors change, big deal. It's like people just need stuff to ***** and complain about.

Well you miss the entire point of having characters in the first place. You're supposed to empathise with them, care for them. Otherwise their purpose becomes entirely useless. The whole point of Resident Evil is to make your character survive whatever is going on around them, without humanising them, they can be thrown into a crowd of zombies as far as the audience is concerned.
Quite frankly, Leon is a perfect example of above, I didn't care what happened to him, he had the emotions and personality of a wooden door, and that's being generous.

Ok, I LOVE jill valentine. I like her both Blonde and Brunette, i prefer the brunette but blonde works for her as well. I do hope that capcom changes her back to brunette though, because if you read the file in the tricell facility, on the computer screen where chris searches, "jill" it says there was a mutation in her hair pigmentation, limited only the the folicles on her scalp. I hope it wears off. :D (yes, i just read over my post, and the ending part is kinda wrong, just don't think about it, ok??? :p)

No that's kinda what I mean. She's blonde in RE5 back to brown in RE6 if there is one. Truth is I will get used to it, I'm just used to her being brunette.
I think the mutation in her pigmentation of her hair caused by the experiments will where off. :pi: I hope.
I like jill as a blonde, but brunette is better.

Holy biblical whores, why are people on TRF so obsessed with hair? Why does it matter so much if her hair is brown, blonde or ****ing pink? She's still Jill.
And about the "reboot"...if they do decide to reboot the series (which I kind of doubt after the huge success Re5 had) I doubt they would ever erase Jill. She's the most popular Resident Evil character, pretty much the face of the series, fans love her and Capcom know it, so erasing her would be pretty stupid of them. Heck, even remaking her, people get their panties in a bunch over her hair color ffs.
I wonder, since Capcom said that RE6 will be a "reboot" if that means just gameplay wise etc. and trying to go back to their roots, or if they mean "reboot" as in new characters etc. etc. or still use the same characters but recreate everything, as in completely erase the past games. Who knows. :/ If that is the case, then Jill either will not exist anymore, or they will just remake her character, most likely with brown hair again.
I don't want a total REBOOT, unless it's just re-making RE1 with newer gameplay mechanics.
I'm almost certain by "reboot", Capcom is going to change the gameplay once more. They're not going to build up a franchise over nearly fifteen years, just to restart the storyline after the most recent title has ended one of the main storylines.

I am also pretty sure that the only thing Capcom is going to change is the gameplay. But, hopefully that, and the horror aspect will return.
But i like the current gameplay style. If they make it third person, free rotating camera type, then that MIGHT work for me, but i'm liking the style of gameplay they have now. :hea:

I quite enjoy it too. Perhaps if they just brought back the PURE horror aspect, then it will go nicely with the new gameplay. But the new gameplay they have right now mixed with the not so scary elements only make the game a action/adventure type of game instead of survival horror.

Ok, YOu guys know that wonky texture between jill's legs on the battlesuit??? Well i figured out what it really was!!!! It's the ZIPPER on her battlesuit!!! http://i44.tinypic.com/317gtjn.jpg All they did at capcom was take the zipper texture and bring it ALL the way down the battlesuit, thus creating the yucky effect. :D I'm happy i figured it out so i can fix it in future mods with the battlesuit model, once it's poseable with XNA. :D Sorry for the offtopic ish thing. :D I'm SOrry if that messed everyone up, i really didn't mean to stop the thread. :(

It is explained that Jill was spotted by Federal Agents after escaping Raccoon City with the others. She surrendered to the authorities to buy the other survivors time to escape. Over the next five years, Jill traveled the wasteland of North America, occasionally taking survivors to join up with the convoy that Carlos and L.J. were members of. She herself, however, had little interest in being part of a group, and stayed on her own.
Five years into the outbreak, Jill arrived in the ruins of Baltimore, where she stumbled upon a ruthless group of survivors holed up in the city convention center who attempted to mug her. I don't think she's the heart, well she is now that she's the main character and puts also the cool realistic characters down. But in Resident Evil 2 she could have easily being killed off like someone like Carlos or Leon.
