Is it at a door between rooms? If so, the difference in ambient light can make a difference.

Is there a sunbulb in your room?
Try deleting one of your lights, then copying the other and paste it where the old one used to be. Also make sure both bulbs are on the floor, if one is on the wall and the other on the floor, the one on the wall will appear brighter.

If the out(er) rings of the light bulbs are overlapping each other, that could cause this effect.
