Did anyone notice the random scar on Amanda's face? I always figured it could have been from when she got whacked around the face with Lara's pistol at the end of Legend, although she didn't have a mark on her face when it turned around to the camera. Or maybe just a random redesign. She also no longer has her tatoos. :confused:

Hmm, didn't Lara shoot at Amanda when she was hanging from the helicopter at the end of the Med level, and it missed her face, but might have just slightly hit her, making the scar she had for the rest of the game? Or did she have it before that?

Also, wasn't the tatoos apart of the effect of wearing the necklace she had in Legend?

I agree with the others about Amanda's scar. As for the tattoos, Eric said that they were henna, so they'd simply worn/washed off.

I always thought her scar was there before Lara shot at her, when you see her on the boat, but now i'm not so sure.

i think the scar is from when Lara pistol whips her.

Lara wanted to know where her mother was, so she'd be careful not to actually shoot her, nor kill her.

if she got shot, im sure she'd grab her cheek and scream, its not like its a mosquito bite. and Amanada's tattoos are Henna, they are temporary.

she also got her breats implants removed, or had smaller ones put in.

It is from Lara shooting at her in the med sea. She shot at her to make her drop the gauntlet, a bullet sliced her cheek and she threw it to avoid being shot at anymore.

So Lara dived in after it.

It's also abit too red to be a scar, so that proves it's semi fresh. ;)

I mean....her head would have been nn chuncks flying through the air...it would have been very ...unexagerated...

however very unbelievable that lara's bullet JUST scrapped her face:p

Not unbelievable at all. Unlikely perhaps, considering the distance and a moving target, but not unbelievable.

Its definatly from Lara's bullet just skimming her cheek, watch the cutscene again on youtube or replay it or something, you can see in Amanda's face something happened and she also touch's her cheek right before she throw's the gauntlet into the med :)

Reminded me how much i actually love this cutscene, not as much as the pistol whip cutscene tho of course :D

At 0:17 on the Maegara ship Amanda receives this scar. :)
