View Full Version : Imageready not reading MOV files

I downloaded a video from Youtube and converted it to mov format. From tutorial videos I've seen this is apparently supposed to be compatible with imageready, but when I open the mov file I get "Could not complete this operation because this is an unknown file format"

Should I convert it to a video file that will be convertible or am I doing something wrong here?

Read the Imageready help and see what formats are supported.

1. What software and codec did you use to convert to MOV format?

2. Can you play the video in any other player?

1. I used YoutubeDownloader. I don't know what a codec is :o

2. I can play it in a VLC media player but I can only hear the audio in an FLVplayer.
