There's talks that these two operators are to join forces, within 18months as of October!

What do you guys think about this move?... Is it necessary? Will they benefit anymore by merging, compared to being standardised companies?

I really hate (i know its a horrid word) T-mobile with a passion, as all they want is money! Far enough there are companies that need to make money but come on.. anyone who's been with them or who are, can see what im on about here!

I hope T-Mobile still gets exclusives. I love the Titan Black Samsung Soul. :D
This can only be a good thing, really.

Wow, epic suckage that would be.

T-mobile - Crap. Orange would be ruined, they are a decent enougn company to not do anything with T-mobile. It would just be a disaster lol.

But I'm with o2 so I wont be effected hopefully :D :p

this reminds me of the Dr. Who episode where they control people through the cell phones. Where the Dr shows up and everyone stops dead in their tracks to receive information because some new tech that a massive monopoly that a cellphone company or sumfin has

I had service with T-Mobile for a few months. Worst carrier I've ever used. Blah.

I've thought T-Mobile hasn't been too bad here. I just get no service when I'm in Flordia. >_<

I don't find T-Mobile to be THAT bad. However the only issues I have is that I wish I could actually make calls and send messages while I'm on the subway. Other than that I have no complaints.

Over the years I've used Cingular (which is now AT&T), Alltel, T-Mobile, and Verizon; T-Mobile by comparison had the crappiest rate plan options, the worst coverage, and the most incompetent customer support of the other carriers. Sure they have the hottest spokesperson, but I still won't want to do business with them again.

I've been curious about AT&T and Verison. In your opinion, which one's better? Since I barely use my phone, I wonder if it's even worth switching carriers.

As for T-Mobile's customer service, maybe I thought it was better since I was coming from Virgin Mobile (which was the worst phone service I've ever had).

In my opinion, Verizon is the better of the two. They are what I'm using right now, and I have friends across the country who use them and report good service.

Meh, doesn't bother me too much. However, it's bad news for other companies in the business.

Orange and T-mobile couldn't help anyone call 999 in case of emergency because it's signals are that crap were I live :vlol:

Now I'm not saying that they're bad companies on the contrary I am saying that they don't seem to work in certain parts of Ireland. I much prefer that of O2 in which I have had no problems and get the best of tariff :)
