TRU PC Version - Southern Mexico XIII

This has probably been asked before but I don't have time to go all through every thread, so here goes -

I have managed to get Thor's belt etc and I've pushed the rune stone into it's slot but Lara will not climb on that stone. I have tried every side and have also attempted wall jumping from the stone nearby. Am I trying to climb the wrong one? There are faint ledges on the rune stone but Lara will not catch hold of any of them. :mad: Does this mean I have to download the patch? :confused:

By the way, I've played TRU on the PS2 and there is just so much more to do on the PC version. I now feel that the PS2 players were really conned because that version of the game was too easy and actually quite boring compared to the PC version.

You have to climb back up the way you came at first. The pillar that you move only comes into play once you're already so far up, you can't get on to it from the ground ;)

As for the PS2 version, tell me about it, I have the PC/360 and the PS2 version myself. The PS2 version's awful.

Climb up the short column and use the grapple to get to the higher level, you have to be quick though to avoid the eitr.

Remember where you climed back to get Thors hammer?
Use the same way to get to the column you moved, than grapple to the snake head beyond that column and climb fast to avoid the eiter getin you :)

i have trouble here too , except its on the part where you jump to the large Pillar, sometimes i die and the pillar is lopsided and tilted and i can't seem to go any further, i have beat it but i have to load a save before that point
