signing into psn using laptop query

im trying to access my files to upload something to singstar - but using this link - https://secure.eu.playstation.com/psn/mypsn/account/link-account/

it says its making a new account

the last thing i want to do is delete my trophies and i dont fully understand what it's on about - so umm anyone care to enlighten me?

BTW, why not start from the "root" - http://eu.playstation.com There may be some information regarding accounts migration.

Then I suggest you contact the playstation website and ask them. Who would know better?
