The video was kind of slow for the song, especially the first 2 minutes, kind of like Britney's Radar, BUT it made up for it with complete randomness and making me smile stupidly throughout it! :p I've been repeated the last part with her laughing and her pulling that serious face! :p

omg first kesha thing i have ever actually liked. shame i dont like the song, but the video makes me luagh and go WTF? so many times. It's a shame the first 2 minutes are kind of boring, but I love the whole randomness of it all, it's just so RANDOM! lol the guy taking the bra out made me wet myself :p

Well in reality it has hidden messages that are liberal and anti-conservative and pro environment. In fact throughout her music you see hints of that. In this video she's partying with animals and they laugh at the human head on the wall. That means she's on the side of nature and against those conservative hunters that don't care about the environment. It's saying like haha they should be the ones on the wall.
Her music is also against technology and materialism/consumerism and conservatives with their religious rules. Typical liberal stuff like the hippies in the 60's were all about living more natural, not caring about materialism, free love, etc.

It is. The Cirkut remix of Blow is out of this world, and "...He's a DJ" is v. good too.

I think it fits her image b/c she isn't a serious artist. She can write amazing songs with no point to them other than having fun. And I think Autotune works for that, but someone that takes themselves more seriously as an "artist" or "singer" shouldn't be using it.

I don't see how autotune has anything to do with being a 'serious' artist. Matter of fact, using autotune in creative ways can show that you're more of an 'artist' because your using it more than just for pitch correction.

The thing with Ke$ha is that her ballads are actually really good. There's a real emotional connection and vulnerabiility there that you just don't feel with other artists.
Not the ballads, exactly, since she doesn't have many true ballads, but songs like Blind, Dancing With Tears in My Eyes, The Harold Song, etc reallly get to me. They don't feel like the generic 'slower' songs that albums have to try and add variety. They feel real. More real than any of the songs I've heard from most other artists.
She needs to release one of those kinds of songs. I know her label are a mess and want to keep capitalising on her party image, but a more emotional song would showcase her true talent.
I am appreciative of some of Ke$ha's radio-played singles and dedication to trashy pop. Contemplating the purchase of the Animal+Cannibal bundle. Convince me.

She's been on her Get Sleazy tour for the last few months, and she still has a lot of dates left as far as I know! And she's recording new music for her new album, expected to release later this year! There have been plans to release a 3rd single from Cannibal, but there hasn't been any real news on it yet!
tbh, I don't think they should release a third single, everyone's begging for some new Ke$ha music, so they should make them wait a bit longer and then she'll have a big impact come the release of the first single off the new album! :D
