most dlc works on all profiles as they are stored to the xbox and not the profile. but not sure if it is for all profiles

The console you buy the DLC on only needs one person to download/ play it. If you take you gamertag which you bought the dlc on to a different xbox and download the dlc again, you can only play it on that profile, unless you transfer the licence

hi what i meant was if one gamertag buys the dlc and downloads it to the xbox, then said dlc will be accessible by all gamertags on that xbox. however i have heard that this isnt always the case k
