View Full Version : Ok Christmas is over.... now what?
Kinda strange that I don't celebrate it on the exact day (WI Dells get together FTW!), but I have at least this weekend to do one more gathering before the new years. Aside from that, I'll just be looking at getting back to work. I wonder what everyone else plans before New Years?

Just enjoying the rest of my holidays by going out as much as I can. :p
A lot of relatives and friends have birthdays or name days around these days, too, so there will be some more parties*.
(* We were actually planning a surprise party for a friend's birthday tonight but she's going to the movies instead...)

I'm back to work on Monday, working until Thursday, then there's New Year and the weekend when hopefully I can meet with a friend, so looking forward to that next break :)

Well I guess I could say Christmas day actually sucked for me as all the stores were closed and I didn't have anything to chew on. :( I have to call my sister and see if she's back from her trip so I hope I can at least make up for this.
Now the guilt of over eating kicks in and a vague plan to eat sensibly and exercise filters through my brain...which of course would be easier if I didn't have a bad back. :(

Since it doesn't mean people will stop playing christmas music I just don't care.
There's not much to do this week so if it was for me, I'd fall asleep until next sunday. Other than getting gifts as a kid, christmas has always been odd to me. I prefer Halloween.

Exactly like when I used to work in retail (still do, but not in the 'wild mass' retail). Will never forget the lines going from the cash-desks all the way to the doors and the managers telling us to work faster. All courtesy of H&M.

Xmas went by so fast, felt like it was only 2 hours long. :hea: Christmas will never be the same for me. Christmas doesn't get me excited as when i was younger.
Today felt more Christmas-y than Christmas.Finally finished with the annoying relatives and other formalities.
