This is a little late, I just found it. But I thought I'd post, especially as some of us have recently played or are currently playing the custom level Lara At The Movies, in which one of the cinemas is of the film Psycho.

Janet Leigh, who has died at the age of 77, was best known for her role in the classic Alfred Hitch**** film Psycho.

But roles in films such as the 1962 political thriller The Manchurian Candidate and 1998's Halloween: H20 ensured her career was a long one.

She appeared in films alongside the biggest stars of the day, including Frank Sinatra, John Wayne and James Stewart.

Her other credits included Orson Welles' 1958 film noir classic Touch of Evil, Holiday Affair, Act of Violence and Little Women.

She also appeared with daughter Jamie Lee Curtis - the first time in the 1980 thriller The Fog and again in Halloween: H20.

But the thrilling shower scene in the classic 1960 Alfred Hitch**** thriller remained her most iconic role.

That's true... Even if all her other appearances won't be remembered in the years to come, her performance in Psycho will be, for sure. It's a cult piece of cinema history.
