Not bad at all, roxy_life03, you declare a character set and are off to a good start.

Your code doesn't need to be doublespaced though. Those blank spaces add to the size of you file, believe it or not. Get a site description and keywords in your meta tags and you'll be set.

If I could be so bold as to make some recommendations... Change your use of empty paragraph tags to break tags and your code will be nicer. Also, don't mix upper and lower case tags, all lowercase is the way to go. It really is pretty good code wise, I didn't see any orphaned tags at a glance.

I hope you didn't mind my critiqueing it, if I didn't like it I wouldn't have said anything at all.

Just so I don't critique and run, here's my homepage if you'd like to take a look:

It looks like a nice basic design. Did you do use a program to create it, or did you build it yourself? I remember my first site... It wasn't nearly as good as your's is. After about 4-5 times of redoing it over a span of 2 years, I finally came up with the site I have now with the help of Dreamweaver. MDN//TRN's Restaurant (http://www.mdntrnrestaurant.cjb.net)

MountainDewNut, your favicon doesn't load because your syntax is wrong. It should list it in the root directory.

This is what you've got:

/mdn/index.htmlfavicon.ico

Leave off the index.html part and it should load, if it's in the /mdn/ folder.

Nice website, Roxy_life03!

I also use Dreamweaver for my website, but it doesn't look half as good as MDN's one...

ummm i would have to say that www.fateback.com (http://www.fateback.com) is a really good web host which doesn't have any forced banners or ads. its free and you can have up to 10 virtual hosts (i think its 10) it also has ftp support (i love ftp hehe)

or if you want to try something else (i had to because i lost my fateback password and you cant register again grrrr you could try http://www.1asphost.com/

it doesnt have ftp, but i has an option of uploading zip files. You put ure whole site into a zip file and upload it and it automatically unzips it all :D
