Hey everyone!! http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/wave.gif
Need a little help here:
Since we have so many english people here I was just wondering if I could get a little help explaining two words that I just encountered in a game I'm playing... ;)
The words are:
Please help....these are actually two words that I've never heard of (believe it or not! http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif )
blunt would describe my behaviour today i suppose
blunt means to say what you think without being polite,
and stout means either, thick strong and sturdy, fat or determined firm and strong
Ok thanx! ;)
Stout makes sense, but the meaning of the word blunt??
How could a game character in an RPG be sensitive to blunt?????
You see I'm playing "Lord of the rings Third age"
And each character in my group has certain things they are more or less sensitive to such as fire, water, pierce, slash e.t.c.
And the word "blunt" is among these things, but I don't get it then, I mean the orcs, uruk-hais and cave trolls e.t.c. hardly hurt my characters by saying thoughtless things to them?? http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/whistle.gif
Actually they don't talk at all.......just the occasional growl http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif ;)
I must say i really appreciate this mattioz! http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/thumb.gif

No I'm serious! (honestly)
I'm sure that's what "blunt" is in this case http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/thumb.gif
