In alot of Online co-op games, you can text chat with other people, which can be a good way to make friends and stuff. it just occured to me, and i think it would be a great idea. if CD has found a way for TR fans to play together, they might as well impliment this. Say for example, you are playing with an incompitent boob, and he is running around being dumb and making you die, or maybe you just need help from someone, chatting can be very useful. Just a random thought i had, so share your thoughts. :tmb:

You can send text messages and chat while you are playing on xbox360, I guess it works for PS3 too, I dont think it needs to be implemented in-game

yeah but i mean real-time chatting, such as in Little Big Planet. Messaging takes longer. Well I would like text chatting
I think it's easier to use the headset to talk to your co-player, isn't it?

not everybody has headsets, and most arent even bothered to get them, but yeah i see what you mean.
I think this is a good idea, you will not believe how many people out there suck at tomb raider and puzzles:p
sometimes you need to tell a chiiiillllddd wuz up ya know!?:)
I think it's a simply amazingly extravagent idea which will come in superbly handy with todays absolutely awesome technology:)
so I say yes!:)

thats the attitude im lookin for! :D I mean think about it, youre playing with a random person, and maybe its someone you know or something, and instead of looking that person up on your friends list, or worse, having to search his name up, and send him a message, you could just talk to him on the spot. very inconvenient if you ask me, since you cant relly have a proper conversation through mesaging, since it would interupt gameplay and such. Fat princess lacked this and ive always wished they had it (and fat princess by the looks of it is very simular to GOL)

why not? It would certainly make solving puzzles easier.
If it would be like Final Fantasy: The Echoes of Time, no thank you! But if you could type down whatever, then :tmb:!
