View Full Version : marmite: drug or joy?
this is a spin-off topic from marmite:love or hate, in which we found out the facts about marmite. we learned that it has the effect of many powerful drugs when eaten on toast and it may have the power of a biological disaster or become combustible when in contact with an oven. so, i ask of you, have you had any past experiences with marmite or has a loved one been exposed to marmite? do you know the location of those who might be illegally selling marmite on various auction websites? or has marmite had a profound effect upon your life? http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/jumper.gif

Cat, you can find an in-depth analysis here (http://www.tombraiderforums.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=9;t=014269;p=1) http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif
I don't think I'll have a chance to taste it in near future, but I have to say "yeast extract" doesn't sound terribly delicious...
It sounds off putting, but it's something you either love or hate and lots of kids like it and continue liking it as adults. You may not like it now... It takes a bit of getting used to. It tastes op salt with a strange taste. http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif
OK personally, I'm getting fed up with the diversity of threads at the moment. http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/pistol.gif
