Most of you probably waste your time, sitting infront of your PC, spamming and doing nothing. I'm not saying that's a bad thing :whi:

But keep your brain happy :p
How?

1. Get enough sleep
2. Light your room with natural light
3. Try to take a walk once in a while
4. Every half an hour, try to focus on some object, when you're sitting infront of your PC. This is the best rest for your brain and your eyes
4. Exercise- Often
5. Try to keep away from cigarettes and alcohol

Everyone likes to have a beautiful skin, right?

1. Drink alot of water every day
2. Eat alot of fruit and vegetables
3. Once again, get enough sleep
4. Exercise, exercise
5. Stay away from stress

Extra tips:
Stop being lazy!
Don't sit and do nothing all day, try to talk a walk, run, be sport-active :D
Remember to get enough sleep(8 hours of sleep should do it)
Eat healthy. Don't drink too much coffee, stay away from cigarettes and alchohol.

Another useful tip: Replay AoD as much as possible, and I'm off to do that now
I might finish few first levels before 3:00 am xD

And I thought that playing AOD was harmful because of the glitches/controls/etc..... You know how stressful that game can get. ;)

Some more tips:

-Try exercising whenever you get the chance. E.g don't take the elevator, take the stairs. Don't take the bus for a few stops, or if the place you're going to is far away, get off the bus on 1 or two stops before.
-Try switching sugary sodas with gas water or juice.
-Even when you eat in a restaurant/fast food, try to make healthy choices sometimes.
-Don't ignore pain! If for example your back or waist have been giving you trouble for some days, don't just wait for it to go away. Go to a doctor.
-Don't forget to do an annual check-up. You can pick as a date something you won't forget, e.g every first week after your birthday.
-Women should also go to the gynecologist at least once a year, especially after they start having sex.
-Another way to stay healthy is to have safe sex and to be careful with who you're sleeping with.

Experienced on my own body: Stress + Not enough sleep= trouble, so please sleep at least 8 hours per night and try not to take things so seriously.

I think in general there are small things we can do in life that lead to a healthier lifestyle. For example, rather than hopping in the car every time you pop into the town centre walk instead (unless of course it's a million miles away!).

A lot of these are good tips, the problem is that not a lot of people even care.. it's sad but that's what it boils down to. :(

I think the biggest tip is to care about one's own self.
