Hi,

I was just wondering, is Avatar: the game worth to buy?
I've seen footage of the game, words look amazing, but the gameplay: i don't know.

Could anyone tell me if the game is worth the bought?
Thanks in advance

If you can find it really cheap.

I rented it back when it came out, the game looks beautiful. But beyond that it's nothing great, the gameplay is incredibly repetitive and it starts to get boring after awhile.

I enjoyed the game, you have the opportunity to play as a soldier or a navi.

They give you a completley different game expierience, but with the same outcome

Now that the price has come down I would reccommend you give it a go!

Good luck!!!!

This is pretty much it.

Although the graphics are great, graphics with no gameplay does not make a good game.
And the ending is just awful... (i'm not gonna spoil it though)

Sounds like it is a pretty accurate version of the film then.

The game would have been a lot better if it had been shorter. It didn't have enough variety or oomph for it to last however long it lasted for and there's little difference between playing as a Na'vi and playing as part of the RDA which doesn't help the game in the slightest.

Online is pretty okay if you can find a group of people but when I was playing it it was pretty empty a lot of the time.

I wouldn't personally buy games that are based on TV series or movies.

But who knows, you might get some enjoyment out of it. So if you can rent it, try it out that way. If you can't rent then buy it at the cheapest price available .
