Wrong choice of words for thread title:
the Atlus brand will continue, according to a short press release by the firm's public relations department.

They just merged with their parent company,they are far from dissolved lol:

Demon's Souls was developed by From Software and SCEJ.The publisher who holds the rights of the IP is Sony...Atlus only published the game in U.S.
