View Full Version : Help required I need to eat soon
Help I need something to eat, and due to work I have not done any food shopping! All I've got is milk and cereal in the house. Which Take away shall I have?
Fish and Chips (doesn't deliver)
Thai (doesn't deliver)

Oooo....tough choice since I love Chinese and Pizza a LOT. http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif
Hmmmmm....I'd go for........Pizza!
I never get tired of it.
Pizza Neil!!! And a bottle of Coca Cola!!
Ummmm...Italian, with a glass (or three) of wine.
There you have it Neil! Pizza.
I've got a similar problem here, but a liquid one! This afternoon I checked - some ratbag has drunk all my wine! Go to the shopsb but it's a national holiday and Everything is closed!
'O for a beaker full of the warm South,
Full of the true blushful Hippocrene,
With beaded bubbles winking at the brim,
And purple stained mouth;
That I might drink, and leave the world unseen,
And with thee fade away into the forest dim.'
Sob, boo-hoo etc:!

I like a nice Chicken Tikka Massala myself :D with garlic naan bread and poppadoms with chutney and red onions mmmmmmmmm
Pizza (24"), pasta (Canneloni), Garlic bread (with cheese), salad (with blue cheese dip), and potato wedges.
There, thats the starter sorted.
Right now I'm eating McDonalds. :D Fries, Chicken Sandwich and a large coke. Not the healthiest, but that's ok.
Can't have pizza their ovens not working so have decided to send the GF on a detour on her way home to pick up some fish and chips. Going to have a large piece of huss, large chips and a pickled egg http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif With a pint of Bass
Chinese!!!! Because I don't make it myself. The fact that I like it is also an influence :D .
Might be too late but if it was moi... I'd go for Thai. I always order mine with 5 stars. I Loves da Spicy! http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif Mm-mm-mm-mm, Mmmmm! http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/jumper.gif
She brought a MacDonalds home
Why the angry face? Did she forget the beer?
Nice time delay BTW!! :D
the croft woman!
Mcdonalds is better http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif Pizza is gross http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/yuck.gif I would have gone with Chinese or Chips yummmm
RobBo I was already for the fish and chips, drolling at mouth I was, and she brought home a Big Mac. There are not proper burgers the meat has no texture and is tasteless IMO. Time delay was because I ate the burger and then went to bed, been up since 4am

...and the moral of the story is:
If you want a job doing properly............ ;)
Seems gourmet night was not all it could have been! :(
But I'm about to make a batch of home made burgers!
I also have narrowed the case of the disappearing wine down to one suspect!
http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/yikes.gif MacDonalds?? You poor soul, you have my deepest sympathy! I am so sorry.

John you can't keep blaming the cats for everything that cannot be explained. Its obvious who drank you wine web page (http://www.tombraiderforums.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=9;t=006357)
the croft woman!
Enjoy your meal!!! http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/yuck.gif
Chinese food...hm never did like take-out, and i'm Chinese *looks out fer Pauline Hanson*
but Chinese food in a good restaurant is deeelicious. I'd settle fer pizza at the moment. my favourite's peperonni, mushrooms, olives and loads of cheeese!! mmmm.....
oh, but i do LURRRV japanese food esp SASHIMI! yum! with LOADS of wasabi! *salivates*
unagi (eel) is great too if you can ignore the gazillion tiny bones...
In the course of my investigations I was forced to eliminate both the cats and dogs as suspects. They all proved to be quite incapable of manipulating a corkscrew! I know it's a pretty hackneyed solution, but I'm begining to suspect that the guilty party was the Detective!
Are you sure about those cats because these cat has certainly got the hang of it
Have I been mislead? I'll have to reopen that line of investigation, maybe this time the kittys will get the third degree!
