I just want to know if any of you or most of you find it difficulties in balancing the bicycle or the motorbike... As I am the one of them... Never had the chance to balance with the bicycle but I never tried with the bike... The bike is it easier?!! People who can drive well... What advice can you give for people who don't know how to balance while riding a bicycle or driving a bike?

Thanks...

Nope, not at all. What do you mean by a bike exactly ? a motor bike ?

if you mean that one, then I dunno. I haven't tried it !

as for your typical bicycle, then no, I dont have any trouble balancing.

Riding a normal bike requires practice. Everybody struggles when they learn it for the first time, but after a while you get the hang of it and can even ride it without holding it with your hands. :)

I donīt know about a motorcycle, but I can imagine it requires practice as well. You had better get used to it before going on the road, maybe you can find an empty parking lot or something to practice on. Be careful!

I don't, but I have to speak against one of this subject's rumors - you CAN forget how to ride a bike! :o

You could try getting some stabilisers. :D j/k

Just practice around in a really large area like a park or something, and you'll soon get the hang of it.

If I understand correctly this thread, you want to buy a motorcycle. But you never know cycling properly.:)

From me, two advices.

This one:

Lame, because no girl will want to go with you on this motorcycle or this one:

You can document yourself about these kind of bikes but the criticisms are very good. :)

No...
It is easy, but yes,it is also easy to forget how if you dont practice it all the time

The last one... What kind of bike is it?! With the 2 wheels in front what do they call?! Do they have specific name or it only follow one kind of a bike like on the photo?!

This is from Piaggio: http://www.mp3.piaggio.com/index_esp.html

But there are other brands also manufacture three-wheel bikes. I think lol

I learned when I was a toddler, with stabilizers *which are two little wheels which balance the bike) until you get used to the balance. Now balancing on a bike feels natural :)

If I never know about balancing... How many day approximately will take for me to learn?!

I never did learn to ride a bicycle.

As for motorbikes, never been on one. I'm too scared despite my family being into them. Even my mum has a scooter.

Lol, no, it's not hard to balance on a bike. But then again, I guess it could be if you didn't practically grow up on one like 99% of children did where I grew up.

Same. :D And even if I don't use bicycle for some time I won't lose the balance. :) I prefer road skating and skating though. :cln:

Yes, that is true :o
I actually forgot how to balance myself on a bike, which is quite sad since I remember riding it across many bridges and bike trails with ease.

I have no probs.

Just one advice: never ride/drive on some loose turf with narrow wheels (e.g. on sand), or install wide wheels (if possible).

Or use a damned quad-bike :D

I learned as a kid, with training wheels of course. :ton:

But recently the only kind of exercise bike I've seen or been on is an exercise bike. :vlol:

riding a bike was easy but getting my moped licence is hard because they go much faster and require more balance :p

I don't have balance problems when I'm on a bicycle and I haven't tried on a motorbike..I only know that when it's about roller skates I'm totally not into it:pi:

That's the type of roller skates I have and I don't even know why I bought them, they're useless to me:vlol:

Never had problems balancing bicycles or motorbikes. When you're moving faster than walking pace you don't really need to balance the bike yourself anyway, unless you decide to hang off one side like a monkey :p Though at slow speeds I have found it much easier to balance on heavy motorbikes like a cruiser than on a bicycle, or even a light dirt bike, a heavier bike will do a lot of the balancing for you.

I had some problems at the beginning, but they were gone with more and more driving of the bike. ;)
I think you should practice it more. :D

I don't have a problem with balance at all, but then again I've never driven a motorbike, just a normal bicycle.;)

And I love it! I always drive my bicycle in the mountains.

Riding a bike is easy, turning it is the trick.

I started learning when I was in yr5 at school, so about 9 or 10 years old.

So no I don't find it difficult to balance like I did before I learned ;) There maybe some exceptions though, such as minor moments.
