I have no clue on the firewall thing but I use Norton Anti-virus. Ive never had problems before.

Well, scoobyjo, I run Norton and last night was a nightmare. I had to disable everything so that I could browse and use messenger. I was then noting the gruesome pop-ups! What really annoyed was that at no time had I had changed my firewall settings. I had even phoned my ISP as I thought it was them. They alerted me to my firewall problems.

Try disabling the firewall in Norton. If it's not that then it's your ISP.

I disabled the auto protect and that didnt work. I dont know if thats what you meant by diabling the firewall or not. I didnt see any firewall settings in Norton so I just disabled the auto protect.
Sigh :(

Not sure what auto protect is, scoobyjo. What ISP are you? Have you tried phoning their support desk? As said above, it was only when I rang mine that I became aware of the firewall problem. Good luck! http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/wave.gif
