I've just done some burning to my DVD
writer, but after i burnt the DVD, i put it in my DVD player (PS2) and it didn't run it.
Two questions really:

1. I looked at a normal DVD, and it had somethin named 'Autorun.exe' in the root directory.
Do i need to create a file like this which needs burning onto the DVD so that it runs automatically when the DVD is placed in the DVD player?

2. I'm using my Playstation 2 DVD player to test the DVDs im burning, do u know if the video files need to be in NTSC or PAL, or doesnt that matter?

Just trying to work out how to get the DVD to run automatically when its placed in a DVD player, any help will be appreciated, thx.

If you have the older model PS2, you can't play Dvd-R's. Only the new model PS2's(SCPH-50000) released last month can play Dvd-R's.

What version of PS2 do you have? as -r dvd discs are compatable with all ps2 consoles +r dvd are compatable with some v4 and v5 onwards so if you have a v5 onwards it dosn't realy matter.
