I'm in the process of changing his hair (I found a better one) so that's why he's bald-ish. Only thing left is to add hair, recolor the hands, and made the skintones alittle more, then he'll be done! :)

Spec maps are 'hidden' but most cool effects are all done in a different way I guess. Like the halos for example, really sad about it as well. :/

But so far, nobody has complained, so I'm not changing anything, haha. :tea:
In fact, I even added some extra faces to Kilik's model a short while ago. :p

xD I just save each part as an object in LW so it wont import with 1564841 UV maps in blender and I can delete the LOD there too. It's no problem at all just take quite some time. The armature is the easiest part of it :)

I can't activate this option. It's like on this texture were alpha channel... xD
Most likely there already is one, it's just all white. You need to colour it something in between of pure white and pure black (shade of grey).
Copy diffuse. Desaturate. Invert if needed. Copy it to the alpha channel of your diffuse. Save as 32 bit TGA. Check if it's nice. Regulate transparency if needed. Profit.

Not really. I'll make a quick short guide too, it's pretty simple.
What I like about those models is that they use a single diffuse map for the entire model (I hate setting up lots of textures :\).

She looks good, her arms and hands look skinny and small though. But I'm still gonna have to see how well pictures can be with her, there are far too many TR2012/2013 models on here, I'd like to see how this one is different.

i need help with dem they only work 4 xps (i want them 2 work with both xnalara and xps), the "converter.exe" crash when i try 2 convert them , the converter v2 works well but it says "changing bone #130 to 87".
^ Export as old generic_item format maybe? Usually that works in XNALara when you do that in XPS :) Use Modify > Save Generic_Item...

Well that might have something to do with the fact it's not a t-pose. But an A or I pose. Not sure which right now. Expect a lot more of these since they're better for animating. Since you usually want limbs to be between the two possible bend extremes. And as characters rarely raise their hands aboce their shoulders a traditional t-pose is actually often on the extreme of the spectrum.
