I think that in competitions, the number of votes goes according to how many entries there are. If for example the entries are 10 or less, I think that 3 votes are ok. In more massive cases though (more than 20 entries), then more people should be "awarded". I'm not sure if we have rules for all these things. Perhaps a mod could enlighten us, so as to know for future competitions.
